I've honestly never had as much fun colouring in lines with a palette to use.
I think I'm most excited to see what everyone has come up with after the application closes. It's always fun to see how many different designs people can come up with while using the same palettes.

For the pets, as long as we stick to the pallet we chose, do the three pets need to look like they belong to the same litter? Or can we make three separate designs as long as the adults match with the newborns?

Bumping this as I'm not comfortable with my item submission so I hope my pet one will be better.

The idea is making three pets that would belong to a single litter, but just using the same pallet for all three is enough, the designs do not need to be similar to one another.

Does anyone know a good mobile app that opens PSD files? I usually use IbisPaint, but it can't open it

I use Autodesk Sketchbook which is capable of opening PSD files and has an easy to use layout- doesn't cost a penny.

it seems pretty important since CS wouldn't be much without them?

All CS staff positions are non-paid, volunteer positions. ^^

It should be fine assuming the scenery item that you are thinking about is a background, mist, or a backdrop.
