The sad look on Fossil's face went back to her usual cheerful and friendly expression, tail thumping on the ground as she watched the other gem land and looked back at her. When she noticed Kunzite reaching out a hand, Fossil stood up and quickly grabbed the offered hand, feeling a bit giddy.

"Wait, what do you mean by make a run for it? Did you do something bad?" She still had a tight grip on Kunzite's hand, turning around hearing something from behind her. More gems? Wait, was one of them a human? Why were they posed to attack? Fossil then looked back at Kunzite, the usual look on her face turning into one of nervousness.

"Come on, they want me and if you don't come with me they'll try and get you." Kunzite pulled the gem towards the ocean, 'Hopefully she cooperates otherwise I might be in trouble.' She thought starting to feel worried about what would happen if this gem didn't come with her. (Sorry for the short reply everyone is free to play the crystal gems)

She was still nervous, but regardless nodded at everything Kunzite said and complied, stepping towards the ocean she was being pulled at. "Well, you are my friend and I will follow you wherever you go. Lead the way?" She let out a small smile amongst the nervousness, ready to go wherever her new friend would be taking her.

Kunzite sighed, 'Some gems.' she thought then she ran into the ocean the gem being pulled behind her, she continued to run on the bottom of the ocean pulling the gem behind her still holding amethyst's bubbled gem. Once they had traveled for a couple hours she turned to the gem and said "I never caught your name, mine's Kunzite." (Yes they are talking underwater and I have to add something to Kunzite's profile.)

Fossil kept a tight grip, following close behind her the best she could. She had never been underwater before, but didn't pay any attention to it since she was still alive and well. All that mattered was getting away from those other gems Kunzite was running from so they could have a chance to talk some more then compared to the brief conversation they had.

"O-oh. My name is Gembone, but you can just call me Fossil." She blinked. "Kunzite? That's a really pretty name!" She exclaimed, before noticing the bubbled gem. "Ooh, what's that you have? Is that the reason those gems were chasing you?"

"Thank you and yes that is why they were chasing me, I just need her for a brief moment and then I'll give her back unharmed." Kunzite said her voice not sounding very confident. She didn't actually know what they would do to the gem she just hoped they didn't hurt her. "Hey are you comfortable with teleporting, Fossil?" Kunzite asked.

"Oh, well if you're gonna return it then that'll be good! Maybe they'll stop chasing you, then!" She wasn't aware of Kunzite's voice, all that was on her mind really was that she now wasn't alone anymore, and since this was pretty much the first gem Fossil ever had full contact with she felt entitled to not lose her.
"I don't know what this "teleporting" is, never heard of it. But whatever it may be I should be fine, I'll go wherever you go."

[hunt.er]

(Last post and then I'm done for now) "Well teleporting is like warping without a warp and going wherever you want." Kunzite squeezed Fossil's hand then after a slight tingling sensation they were on a planet without any kind of life, "Stand close these guys here are a little intense." She smiled nervously then there came a loud rumbling noise coming from somewhere.

"Sounds interesting, very useful." Fossil was caught off guard by the whole teleporting, freezing up. She relaxed though, pulling her hand away and resting it at her side before scanning the area they were in. Nothing seemed interesting, but when she felt the rumbling Fossil instinctively darted behind Kunzite and looked out, confused as to what was happening.

She concealed her water-wings once more, scanning the area. "Ooh! Ooh!" her gaze rested onto the beachside, she was mostly drawn in by the ocean. "What large amounts... Maybe I can practice my controllability here!" she broke into a sprint, and after a while, she reached close enough to the ocean. She fell to her knees, brushing her hair away from her face. "...Why didn't I just fly again?" she questioned herself silently. "Man, I would've already been there, and it would've been way shorter!" She let herself collapse onto her side, then shortly roll onto her back to stare up at the sky. She squinted. "Hmmm." She slowly closed her eyes to relax, listening to the distant squawking of seagulls and the ocean waves. "It's nice here." She mumbled to herself, sprawling out in the sand.
