Just saying this to stop it, I'm the one who traded it, it was a joke. I was going to give her all the pets for free, but i saw the bucket and I came up with the dumb joke in the first place. Without the '17 rare it would be fair - 2019 store pets come to about a mid-2010 rare, combined with the other 2010 rare would make it 2 '09 rares, which I personally would say is equivalent to an '09 VR. VRs can be tricky though, I'd get another opinion!
