She flicked her ears and listened to the two cats "you are so cute together...you could be an excellent couple" she meowed suddenly, mostly joking as she did know the laws to be a medicine cat. She looked to the way where she caught mice was being "hmm could I take this to camp now? so the kits and queens have something to eat?" she meowed.

He was silent for a moment, which felt like an eternity for him "...you will eventually found this cat for you" he said silently "I've heard that any cat has a soulmate, the one, and only cat, it just needs to be found..." he flicked his tail lightly smiling at her "I hope you luck to find yours and that...it dosen't take too much time to be found..." he said to her.

Feeling his fur heat up suddenly as Whitepaw spoke, Eaglegaze forced himself to calm down and try and not blush. "Ah well, I will have to disappoint you on that notion Whitepaw!" His joking response came forced but he attempted to move on quickly so that there wouldn't be any further discussion on the topic. "You can take your catch back to camp if you would like. Also, if you're hungry, get something to eat. You've earned it today." Eaglegaze's mew still came out slightly more rushed than he would have liked it to have been but there was nothing he could do about it now. Daring to glance at Nightholly to see what her reaction was, he hoped that she didn't take anything in a poor light.

Creamflower purrs as Ravenwatcher pulled her closer to him, smiling as he whispered in her ear. "Why thank you!" she said, wrapping her own tail around him and pulling him closer.

"i'll give this matter some thought," she added, throwing in a playful wink. turning around to face eaglegaze when he told his apprentice to head back to camp. "i think i should as well, it's getting late." she mewed softly before slowly padding towards the camp. suddenly she halted and looked at the tom again, and opened her jaw, as if she had something to say but decided against it. she placed her tail on the tom's shoulder and mewed softly, "i will give the matter some thought," she added with a small smirk before heading back to camp.

Creamflower purrs as he licks her forehead, smiling. Upon hearing Ravenwatcher say he loves her, she drops her jaw in awe, a smile forming overtime. "I love you too Ravenwatcher." she whispered back, returning the lick on his forehead.

She gave the two a blind look before taken her to leave toward the camp, happily caring the mice she was being caught all by herself. Entering the camp entrance she taked the mice to the fresh-kill pile, licking her lips she looked around the clearing or smelled to find who was there and who not.

He looked at her into the eyes then turned his gaze to the sky "Hmm, I don't know how you will know when you meet your soulmate, but I think there could be some hints when you do meet..." he meowed looking back at his feets "like...hm I don't know, maybe you could like this cats companion or something like that?" he meowed facing her once again "maybe you could have some kind of feelings toward this cat" he meowed.

Eaglegaze could feel his face and ears burning. Watching Nightholly walk back to camp shortly after Whitepaw, he sat back on his haunches and het his tail lash back and forth through the leaves on the ground. Forcing his powers to cool down his body temperature, he sat and tried to comprehend everything that had just happened. The tabby tom was in pain from his emotions. As a medicine cat he had always assumed that he would not be able to have any relationships. He knew nothing stated in HiddenClan's code about the matter but it was always assumed that medicine cats shouldn't have any relationships. His mentor pushed that especially. The poor tom's mind was filled with conflict as he stood and made his way back to camp. Eaglegaze didn't stop to see if Whitepaw or Nightholly were in the clearing when he returned, but he went straight to the medicine den. As he made his way back to the herb storage to sort herbs, his mind was filled with the possibility of whether Nightholly was joking or not when she said that she would think about it.

indentupon hearing this, the she-cat pondered. she sure had been enjoying thundersnarl's companion so far, but she hadn't really gotten to know the tom yet. "tell me a bit about yourself?" she blurted out, and blushed when she realized her mistake. "it's just that I realized I haven't been talking to you a whole lot." she added, forcing her fur to stay down.

indentnightholly was preoccupied with the thought of the medicine cat as she headed back to the camp. she had always wondered whether the tom liked her or not, since she would always notice the lingering gaze at the corner of her eye, but she never questioned more of it.. until today. the demeanor that he had put on today was far different from usual, and it was confusing nightholly. she knew that maybe it could just be that he was pleased by his apprentice's behaviour, but what if it is something else? if only eaglegaze wasn't a medicine cat, she thought to herself as she fantasized about the family that they would raise together, and the life that they could have. no, what if he doesn't even like me? she thought to herself as she shook the thoughts away, mortified. how could I be thinking of those things? she padded over to the fresh-kill pile and grabbed a small shrew, as she stared into the medicine den and admired the tom from afar.

Meticulously sorting the old herbs from the new ones, Eaglegaze attempted to clear his mind. He couldn't distract himself like this. Not when he had leaf-bare to think about. As the tabby tom worked, he could feel the subtle feeling when someone is staring at you. He glanced over and could see Nightholly's soft features across camp. Quickly hiding his glance, he smiled as a warm feeling spread from his chest right down to his paws. For a moment, he was unaware of the fact, but quickly realized when he looked down to see that the leaves closest to his paws had shriveled and browned from the heat. He leaped to his paws in surprise, the fur along his spine spiked faintly. Quickly forcing his temperature to cool, he took a few slow breaths before getting back to work. As soon as he finished, he gathered anything old and useless and picked them up to discard them. Once he exited the den however, he caught Nightholly's glance again and could feel his face burn. The taste of drying leaves caused him to quicken his pace and head into the forest to finish his task.
