Most people value an item at about a very common - uncommon of it's release date, depending on the type of item and how many came with the set.
I'd say the '17 common covers about 4 of your '18 items and if the unknown turns out to be common it's worth about one of your items. In my opinion you are overpaying but as I said item values differ from person to person.
