1. Based on the old rares list, the Cheshire is a Tier 1 Advent and thus worth 3-4 mixed '09 rares. Accounting for a slight increase in value to perhaps 4-6 mixed '09 rares, I would say this is overpay on their side.

2. I would call this very extreme overpay on their part, even if you account for increase in value between the retirement of the list and now.

Unfair to bottom. they need to add pretty much the whole worth of the pet to be fair

I would say this is quite unfair to you. Valuing the older items as equivalent to rares of their year ('09 and '10 mostly), most of the rest as uncommons, and the '19 ones as commons, I read it as being about 5x overpay on your part, but items don't get a rarity label, so they're harder to judge. Some may value them differently; I'm pretty inexperienced with item trades.

Personally I'd take bid 3. They've got some really nice old items in there especially with the animal egg 5 and '10 eggs. It depends how you value the grinner but I would auto that bid.

It might be hard to find people willing to trade well for the eggs, though, so do bear that in mind. Otherwise, seconded. With the awful demand for the grinner at the moment, I think that's quite possibly as good as you can reasonably expect to get.

Thanks for the advice! The shadow creatures are tempting me more than anything as I'm not that fussed about the eggs
