You're about halfway there. Adding a 2013 uncommon or two more 2014 uncommons should do the trick.

As far as I'm aware neither dog has special demand and can be traded at face value. It's unfair to the top, as it's a full year older.

Not even going to check the years of the items tbh. A '18 VC and an unknown '19 (likely common or less) is not going to cover that many items. Some of them are definitely not from this year. A '19 common might cover one easy freebie 2019 item. Generally items are valued as a common or uncommon from that year, going towards uncommon and rare the older they are. Some items are listed with specific worth here. They'd need a lot more to make it even remotely fair; as it stands they're basically asking for those items for free.

EDIT: Decided to look the items up so you had a reference for any edits you want to make.

Keep in mind: Items do not have rarity tags, so it is harder to value them accurately.

I would say this is unfair to you. All of your items are from older events than the pets being offered. Not to mention you also have more quantity on your side. Some of your items are as old as 2017 (the Halloween ones). That's 2 years older than the pets you are being offered.

Generally, items are valued as common to uncommon pets from the year they were last available, moving to uncommon to rare the older they are. I agree that this is unfair to you! The spirits are from the summer event last year (2018) so I would value them as 2018 uncommons at the most, and they alone are worth more than the three '19 rares they offered together.
