theres no set value on demand for anything, and especially not when it includes c$. the thing is only worth 45-50C$, probably about 50 since it was the exclusive, but not really anything more than that
you can use the search function look around at other people's auctions and trades to see what they're getting if you want to know what its "going for" and see if it fits in around there, but other than that it's 100% up to you to decide if you think its fair "demand wise" and if youre happy getting that amount or want more/less/something else etc. that goes for pretty much any pet too

pretty much same answer as above. theres no one on cs that can fully account for 'demand' in your own trade other than you
