First one is unfair to you. The Vampire Dress is from Halloween 2012. I'd value it as a 2012 uncommon, making it worth much, much more than a '19 rare.

Second one is fair in theory but as a full set of store lions I'd personally keep the lions. The '19 pets don't add any significant value - '19 store pets are worth about a mid '10 rare, and they're offering a '10 rare + 4 '19 store pets for your 5 '19 store pets, making it roughly even. Going by the 3 month rule though, they're two months out of range for a straight 1:1 swap on the store pets themselves.

unfair to you considering just the 2016 rare itself, not to mention the other pets

Incredibly unfair for you. your pet is a rerelease from 2009 (im pretty sure) and was on the ex-list, worth roughly 5-6 rares when the list was runnng. did they tell you what the value was?
