Lights On Lights Off Fanclub

Yeehaw. Caught up from leaving my lights on all day yesterday. I know I won’t have much time this year for LOLO so I think I’ll do it in spurts. Take a day with my lights off to TOT and then leave my lights on a day at a time and respond the next day.
Does anyone else leave their lights on for a day? Do you answer as they come in or all at once after you turn your lights off?

Truthfully, I never turn my lights off; if I'm on Chicken Smoothie and being active, I will respond as they come in, but otherwise I just answer them all at once - usually within 24 hours of receiving them. ^^

Personally, I leave my lights on all the time. The first couple days there are quite a few pm:s, but now there's only a couple, around five maybe. That way no one will miss due to my lights being off.

If I get pm:s during the day I answer them right away most of the time. If not, I'm just not up to reading at the moment and get back to it later in the day

The exception is if they'd like an art treat, then they'll get a response once the art is done

aaa i didnt have any creative juice left for the greeter stories this year so mr tired dragon and menacing little fawn with some short greeting may have to do,,

^^ i get overwhelmed easy so when i sleep i turn my lights off, switch them on when i'm awake again, same thing goes for work and such

do you skip over trade rules when playing lolo? why or why not?

i skip over trade rules. if i'm gifting you something its mostly likely its on your wishlist, meaning that at some point you have wanted or still want it, i might read the rules if i have nothing on their wishlist to see if they like anything specific but other than that i dont really see a point since i'm not asking for anything in return, so theres no need to balance things out

I'll do a quick glance over them looking for anything about LOLO preferences, but I don't really pay much attention to people's actual rules. If I actually did, people with "No one sided trades" in their rules, wouldn't get a treat since all I'm doing for LOLO is sending "one sided trades". c:

I always make sure to read trade rules so I get a better idea of what people would like! I know I myself rely on trick or treaters reading my trade rules because of my interactive stories ^.^

Oh man I can't wait for them to (hopefully) accept my LoLo form c: I love playing and want to start giving gifts asap as it's my favourite part of the game ^^
I'm a bit late this year due to life and stuff but hopefully I can keep up! I even redid my character I've been using for the last couple years so I'm excited about that too ^^

Same I read their rules if I have nothing on their wl to see if they dont like a certain species or would prefer items to pets for example. But I don't expect people to read mine if they are gifting me. Because non wishlist gifts just go into my adoption center or trade fodder unless they are rats then they go into my hoard
