this unfortunate creature of the ocean was cursed by a nasty sea witch to forever be the object of another's pain; taking the empathy of a stranger like a drug and embracing the physical tolls of a persons painful experiences and hurt in their memories, most commonly sharing the emotions. through this bind she has learned to be an enigma, blind to trust in herself and others as well as welcoming loneliness into her world. she has completely shut out the world, aside from the aquatic creatures she shares the deep with, particularly seals. she is silent in her movements as well as in her voice, preferring to speak only when she has to, and is partial to flight rather than fight.

nation southwest of the border. this nation has a repx
utation of being the most mysterious due to the peopx
le preferring to keep to themselves and have a dislikex
for trespassers. this also applies to bartholomew, socx
ial situations are not his forte and he finds significantx
difficulty in befriending others. due to the amount ofx
assassins and cultists that run riot in his nation he hasx
immense distrust of people and tends to dislike reveax
ling weaknesses to others. generally well-mannered ax
nd polite, bartholomew prefers remaining neutral, nox
t usually taking sides and remaining an observer of cox
nflict. despite typically wanting to appear as collectedx
he can become overwhelmed in unfamiliar situationsx
which can lead to him stammering or making rash dex
cisions. although usually meaning well, bartholemewx
will make decisions to ensure his safety, even to thex
detriment of others if he is at risk.x
