Field is an adoption that is based upon building a battalion to fight a monster, known as "The Great Beast", and its minions. Although it is based on war, there is no gore and hefty topics are avoided entirely. Building your battalion is not required, but you will be very restricted if you do not. (Sorry, the general needs soldiers.) There is no base line for adopts, so things could get interesting with different artists' styles. However, there are only three species available in Field; wolves, winged wolves, and foxes. Their lines will not be anything beside that except for special events.

The General stands before your battalion, "recruits, it is, as they say, 'spooky time.'" His words earn a few snickers of laughter, but he continues. "Feel free to dress up, carve pumpkins, and go out there to earn yourself some treats. He pauses, or tricks, don't let your guard down, soldiers!" Although his words are mildly confusing, The General seems to be in a good mood, so you decide to take advantage of it.

"Hey Queso, what's your favorite dinosaur since we're doing Halloween this year?" A bright eyed fox approached her. "Oh, hi Ceresse!" Queso laid the herbs she was sorting through aside and turned to smile at her friend. Ceresse smiled back, her bushy tail high. "Hmm.. I'd say a Stegosaurus!" She laughed.

*Flashback*

Queso gazed, wide eyes at Swiss. "Ah yes... All was well.... until a giant Stegosaurus came and knocked the Spinosarus into the water! The Triceratops and the Stego let out victorious roars, driving back the predators." Queso let out a gasp, her spotty little ears perked. "Yay!" She laughed, her little puppy legs getting tangled as she bounced around Swiss, tumbling into a pile of herbs. "Oops! Sorry Swiss." She laughed, blowing a haired leaf off her nose. Swiss rolled his eyes in amusement, fluffing up the hair on her head playfully. "Run along now little Queso! Remember to be a back for your lesson, go play now." Swiss smiled. Queso beamed, skipping back to her nursery den. Her mother must of been out hunting, but she scrambled into her moss and feather nest and pulled out her favorite stuffed animal of all, a Stegosaurus. Her father had given it to her before he'd had to leave.. Now Queso always insisted on dinosaur stories! She pulled her little dinosaur spiked hoodie over her head and curled around her stuffed animal, drifting off.
