Thanks for your advice, Buddy is a super sweet cat, I have fostered three litters of kittens from the shelter and he did fine with them. However my Dad said that I am not aloud to have any more animals, so I am not able to keep her unfortunately. As I have a cat, a bird, 2 dogs and a bunny already...

I open the front door and let her come in but she only walks in a few feet and only if I sit away from the door, Buddy has never meet her though. Do you have any tips on introducing them? I would like them to meet in case I havetobring her in in the winter because we get bad snow storms here. Fox absolutely loves our dogs, she rubs on them and licks them. I have checked her for ticks and fleas and she seems healthy overall. I job shadowed at my local vet, so I am confident that she is healthy, though I'd love to get her into the vet to make sure and to get her spayed.

Edit: Also, I am VERY positive she is a stray to answer someone's question. I have tried multiple ideas including a paper collar for days and knocking on neighbor doors... She was even out last night while it was pouring rain...

The only way to introduce them safely is through bringing her inside and keeping her in a separate room so buddy gets use to her scent.
If you look up Jackson Galaxy on YouTube he has amazing videos on how to introduce cats

Ok, Buddy and Fox met about half an hour ago (through an open window).
I saw her walking past my room so I opened the window for Buddy and he jumped up into it, when he saw Fox, he got a little fluffy and meowed deeply along with thrashing his tail. but after a few minutes he just swayed his tail lightly.

Fox on the other hand couldn't have cared less, she sat with her paws under her and just watched Buddy. She meowed a few times but it was her normal meow and I think it was directed at me not Buddy.

When fox continued walking Buddy followed her inside the house, going to each window trying to see her through them. I'm better at dog behavior... is Buddy being mean or is he just interested??? or something else?

I would say that's territorial behavior.
Definitely don't let them interact any time soon if he's acting aggressive. If you want fox to be able to come inside and meet buddy, it would probably be best to feed her beside the door inside in an empty room with the door closed (a bathroom is a good choice), and feed buddy on the other side. Since she lives outside, I would leave a window open in the room she's in so she doesn't get upset and can leave when she wants. Do this for a few weeks at the very least, and maybe every week, open the door a bit more with a gate in front of it so they can start to see each other without getting into a fight.
Also, give them treats/toys whenever they happen to see each other outside of feeding times, especially buddy, to make them associate the other cat with positive things.

I let them meet through the window again this morning, Buddy didn't twitch his tail but Fox did hiss at him. Once they both feel fine through the window (After a few weeks) should I let Buddy outside to meet her so there is more space and he doesn't feel territorial? He has been outside a lot before, so I know he wont run off.

Probably not a good idea
Cats always have their own territory (indoor cats have the house, outdoor cats have your yard or more if they're allowed to wander), so it's very likely that letting buddy outside to meet fox could easily result in a cat fight, regardless of how nice either of them are.
If you don't want fox inside, take something that has her scent on it and put it inside where buddy can sniff it.
It's really not fun watching cats fight, and stray cats have all kinds of bacteria under their claws and in their mouth, so there's a very high chance of buddy getting scratched and said scratch getting infected. So just letting them meet face to face without any proper introduction is a very bad idea.
Sorry if I'm coming across as rude or mean, I'm really not trying to be ^^'

Oh no, your being very helpful. I don't find it mean at all. c:
Then I guess I will just keep doing what I'm doing and also give them stuff with the other cats scent on it. though Buddy does mark some stuff that has weird new smells on them...

So I have an unusual situation and I'm not sure if I'm overreacting.

I normally trim Tambora's nails myself, he's a very good boy with his front feet but a little swatty with his back feet and I will tell anyone who handles him this. However I got tendonitis in my dominant hand and I'm stuck in a brace for a week so I took him to the kitty daycare he used to go to to get it done. He's been there many times before and a nail trim is part of daycare, I have never heard anything negative, everyone there loves him and tells me he's a very sweet good boy.

I give him to someone I've never seen before and it's taking forever. She finally shows up, grabs some towels, and told he "went crazy." Exact quote. If I didn't hear him screaming from the grooming room I would not have believed her. She said he "went crazy" two more times to me.

However, I have worked with animals professionally for five years in vet clinics, doggy daycare, and currently a pet store. I am a vet tech student. I would NEVER speak to a client like that about their pet. It's not only unprofessional, it's rude and embarrassing.

Am I right to be upset about this? I am considering calling to complain.

I have a almost three year old girl that I raised and a seven-ish year old boy that my sister raised and was given to me.

Me and my girl Fluff have a very good relationship where if need be she will let me gently restrain her and in return I am very aware of how she's feeling and give her often breaks. It works very well for us, afterwards she always comes for a bit of comfort which I love because I need it as much as she does.

The older boy Ash however, is an absolute nightmare to have to do anything with in that regard.
Neither me or my dad have managed to obtain a close enough bond with him that he'd take much comfort from us, not that it's made any difference in the past when my sister did this. Granted it isn't usually a problem, but we had to worm them all tonight.

We made the mistake of using a paste- I'm quite panicky about the pill method (they wont take in crushed/hidden) but next time I guess I'll have to bite the bullet! It managed to get all over me, all over him, and only a fraction actually went in his mouth.
I feel really bad for him and he's going to all of his comfort places (hiding on my bed or the shower) but I sat down with him and he finally let me clean the now-dried paste off his chest, not only that but he actually started to enjoy it which I'm happy about!

I always assumed I'd just leave him with my dad but I know they'll never bond properly and it wouldn't be fair to him, now comes the part of trying to develop a genuine bond with him. We've been making a lot of progress in the past few months which I'm happy about but we've still got a long way to go.
