Solaris smiled warmly. "Sure, we can go now." He followed her gaze to the camp entrance and began to lead the way, trotting at a slow enough pace to just barely be faster than a walk. "You don't know the smell of deer?" He questioned as they left the camp. He had not been born in Blood Moon so the later training of pups was still new to him. "If we happen to find any I'll be sure to point them out then. Cant have a wolf not know the smell of deer!" He mused cheerfully, not judging the fea. "It may be a bit late in the day for them to actually be on the trail, but I'll do my best to show you some good sights and smells!" He wagged his tail as they moved, it's awkwardly bent tip hard to make out when in motion.

Turning around, Naomi would begin her journey back towards the camp, craning her head over her shoulder to look back at the trio - motioning for them to begin to head back as well. Maple was a bit surprised, at this point she wasn’t worried. She felt relaxed, knowing this wolf meant know harm. “Well you seem to be an adventurer. Mind me asking if your so interested then why haven’t you left before? Or went to see the world for yourself?” She tried rephrasing her words to make it sound better. Meanwhile she didn’t notice her pups creeping up on them.

Nik remained hidden like told, however he was getting a bit worried. His mother wasn’t returning, was she okay? Did she get injured? When would she be back? Thoughts ran through his mind, his expression turning from anxious to pure fear. When he saw Lunine bolt out of the den, hesitantly he ran after her. Following after her, he hunkered down low in the bushes next to her. Watching his mother, and another wolf speak. He felt relieved though, knowing that his mother was ok.

Lunine patiently waited, however it got quiet. To quiet for her to handle, glancing at her brother. He seemed just as worried, she then took off. Bolting from the den, she ran the direction of her mother. Spotting her, she crawled into bushes. Watching from a distance, she turned to see Nik had followed her. Though this wasn’t surprising he did follow her everywhere thou, it was mom’s one request they stay together.

Lowell caught himself as Kaj nudged him, he held back his laughter. Simply grinning, as he glanced to Mercury. Who somewhat agreed with him, though he chose to stay out of it. He didn’t mind, but the thought did cross his mind. Wondering why this wolf was so, what’s the word? Lowell thought some more, deciding to just use the word serious to describe Mercury. It might be due to him being older than Lowell? However he wasn’t sure and quickly shrugged the thought away.

Kade/Alpha Pup/Bloodmoon/7 months/Mood: Curious/Tags: shade and Kayla

The pup stood following his parents. He was already almost up to his father’s shoulder in height. “Mama, Papa, what are the dangers of the territory?” he asked stumbling over his big paws. He hated that his paws were so big and he didn’t know why.

Kayla listens to Kade's question as they walked and thinks for a minute before answering. "Well," she started. "There are two different types of dangers: animal dangers and natural dangers, meaning that they tend to come when the weather is right for a disaster to occur. Two examples of animal dangers are hawks and eagles. They are birds but much bigger and come with long sharp talons at their feet. They are harmless to an adult, but are very dangerous for a pup, seeing one as an easy meal." She looks at Shade, allowing him to continue going through the danger list if he so chooses.

Alize was walking about, sniffing the air every so often in case she caught the scent of any enemies. Her mood was relaxed today, though she knew it probably wouldn't last long. After all, the life of a wolf always kept one on their toes.

Shade glanced over to his pup, listening as Kayla spoke. “Your mother is right, so while out here make sure to stay close. There are also foxes, and normally they’re no threat to an adult unless in a small group.” He spoke moving forward listening to the noises around them.

Ghost’s ears shot back, his tail curled. Her words rang through his ears, his gaze to the ground. He couldn’t help but speak, even though he was normally quiet. “And I guess that would be better! Right?! If I were dead, I’d be less trouble to you!” He growled, slight whine within his voice. He then took off in the opposite direction of the pack, maybe Becka was still there? He shook his fur, either way he wasn’t willing to stay there anymore. Though he was thinking and acting through the heat of the moment. Maybe being away for a bit would let him calmed down, he thought while continuing down the path.

Mercury continued alongside them, keeping quiet. He listened to them while they spoke, chuckling a bit to himself. They eased the mood a bit, making his relax.

She flattered her ears when Ghost talked "don't say that, you're still important wolf of our pack and every one of us is done something wrong, it's just part of the life..." she said to him with a smile, looking over at Naomi "I know you're worried and all, but nobody didn't get hurt" she said to the other beta, looking at Ghost again.

She flicked her tail "well I am not getting out that much, I just bother to most adult wolves and they don't really want to take me with them or teach me anything" she said sighing "I am mostly learning by watching and by myself...I am seen deer's before but can't really say how they smell like, I do know the smell of the more smaller preys, foxes and bears, but large preys like deer, moose, and others smell so same that it's confusing me" she said to him, flattering her ears little embarrassed.

He walked to this one favorite spot at the tightest part of the forest, where most other wolves didn't hunt, except if looking for small prey, thought eating only hares and rabbits could not feed the whole pack. Sighing he get to the flat mossy rock and laid down, watching the forest around him.

Alize/Hunter/Shadow/2 years/Tags: Open

It didn't take long for Alize's nose to catch something. Based on the scent, it was a rabbit. It's small size was not enough to feed a pack, but it would do nicely as a little snack and if Alize was honest with herself, she was a little hungry. Crouching low, she stalked her prey, making sure to stay downwind of the creature and careful to not be spotted. The small rabbit was eating away at some flowers, oblivious to the wolf about to kill it.
With a low growl, Alize bared her teeth and made a quick pounce. Sensing danger, the rabbit immediately reacted and barely managed to dodge the attack in time. Scared for It's life, the creature began sprinting away in a zig-zagged pattern in hopes of confusing the predator. This did not faze Alize, however, and she continued to chase her snack. She snapped at It's legs, but missed by a couple of centimeters. Soon, she began losing ground and the rabbit only seemed to get farther away. Giving up with the chase, Alize growled, frustrated that she didn't manage to catch the rabbit.

Maple's question made her pause, staring off into space.
"Leave?"
She considered for a moment. Obviously, this was the first time she had really thought about it.
"Could I do that? Oh, but my pack... Leaving would bring me such terrible karma. I'm not supposed to even be here, so if I never came back- Hey..."
Cinder's nose twitched as she scented the air. Those other wolves she was smelling now seemed so close that they had practically joined the conversation. However, now that they were closer, and the scents were no longer mixed up in layers of old smells all on top of each other, she realized something.
"Those are pups, aren't they?"

Corentin bit back a shudder at Naomi's last comment. It was directed at Ghost, but why did it sound... almost like a threat? Either way, he had no interest in finding out and obediently padded after the beta, heading back towards camp. He felt an urge to say something encouraging to Ghost, but words failed him. Instead, he shot his packmate a sympathetic look and silently walked on, expecting Erebos and Ghost to follow closely behind.
Instead, Ghost did no such thing. It seemed all of Naomi's pressure had gotten to him, and he exploded in a hurt and angry outburst before running off again. That was no good at all, as far as Corentin was concerned. He had been tasked with finding Ghost, not chasing him off the territory. Would reporting what he and the betas had found be good enough for Shade, or should he go after Ghost and make him come back to the rest of the pack? He glanced at the other two females. Erebos was quick to step in and try to calm everyone down, but she did not seem interested in offering more than words. Ghost was soon completely out of sight and no one moved to actually stop him.
"Should, uh... Should I go after him?"

"Oh! See that? There's a deer trail over here."
Kaj veered off to the side and put his nose to the ground in some bushes, following the scent to a line of faint hoofprints in the dirt.
"Looks recent. What do you think, Mercury?"
There were plenty of things to be done about a herd of deer nearby, and nearly all of them were delicious, but Kaj wanted to see what Mercury thought about it before any decisions were made on the matter, seeing as he was patrol leader.

No immediate ideas came to Becka as she considered what to do with herself. She was neither hungry nor thirsty, and had no obligations until sunset, meaning that she really had very little to do. Being a loner did get, well, lonely sometimes. Pack wolves seemed to have much busier lives, with all their social structures and border scraps and all that. Becka had none of that. Her life consisted of surviving from one day to the next.
"Oh, boy. I've got to get out of here..." she muttered under her breath.
That melancholy was starting to get to her. She rose to her paws and padded off aimlessly, heading in the vague direction of Blood Moon territory again. After her close call earlier, she had no intention of crossing the border, but she figured it would be better to stay close so that she was ready for tonight. As her paws carried her away from the stream, she felt her heart grow lighter, and she breathed a sigh of relief to herself. Suddenly, the thought occurred to her that perhaps she should practice her voice a bit more. It was much deeper than she would have preferred, but she was certain that, with practice, it could improve. So, she cleared her throat and began talking softly to herself.
"Let's see. Light and airy, here we go. Walking in the forest, I'm the princess of my path. Walking in the forest with a peace that's sure to last. Walking in the forest with rhymes and stuff, I guess..."
She trailed off into silence again. It was hard to think of things to say when there was no one to say things back to her.
"At least it's working a bit."
It was true, she have been practicing for awhile, and a lighter tone was becoming much more natural. She had a long way to go, but she was proud of how far she had come already.
