I personally value the UR Fox and UR Peach the same (around 1 Non), so I view it as unfair to them because of the Rose Dog.
Demand is up to you though! Some people may value the UR Fox or UR Peach more/less depending on their personal preferences.

I have seen some people value UR Fox at 1.5 Nons, but when I owned one all I was able to get out of it was 1 Non's worth. That's just my experience though. Others can have a completely different experience.

Caution: image heavy, but would this be a fair trade up? I'm cautious because it's taking allot of my rares for me even only slightly wanting the grinner....any help is appreciated.....
