So. Hi y'all?
I've been vanished a while due to lots of things (including some of the worst internet connection that exists this side of Pluto, seriously, Dei can verify and anxiety being a butt and making me worry about all y'all being really angry and aggressive and... yeah) but hopefully I should be stably back now that i have figured out how to get my internet to actually function (admittedly not my router, still need to have a debate with the El Giganten peeps to get that sorted out).
My clans appear to have slowly vanished over my unintended hiatus and I'm sorry for that but I will try to sort things out again because I intend to not have my And I'm mostly posting here so that 1) my clans know I'm back generally and 2) so that those clans that aren't checking the main thread anymore but are still getting notifications can see this and know that they should have a regular mod now. I think people are more likely to get active again if they see active mod activity so I've essentially volunteered to be the de-facto new-clan-founder-peep until my clans start posting regularly (I'm not ignoring you, Oceanclan, but clans), and finally 3) so that if anyone was waiting for signs that I was ready to get back to replies before posting their own clans' posts, they now have that indication.

I love friendly grey tabby Maine coons because they fluffy uwu (seriously, Maine Coons are the sweetest hng)
So uhhh I like cats who are friendly and affectionate, grey tabbies (don't care the pattern much but if I had to specify, I do love the classic tabby pattern), and specifically I love big, fluffs, like Maine Coons and Norwegian Forest Cats.
Hello, I'm winter! Hope you have a great day or night wherever you live~!

Traits: floof
Markings: You have seen how many babies Heronstar and Adoniscloud have had, yes? What do these guys have in common? (It's sure as heck not personality)
Mutation: um. I don't really like hairless, and Munchkin I feel like would struggle in most clans so... anything but those? I have 3 bobtail cats (same family, a mother and two of her babies) so I kinda might have a bias in that direction...
Build: floof
I just checked which of my border clans are still around! I have 3 open borders now!
Gustclan is on the southern border of a lake, based on the lake district in northern England! the North-East and North-West borders are taken by Forestclan and Echoclan.
I am not going to take any clans to my South, due to the South being where there's a pretty important site for Gustclan and so on and I'm not looking for anyone to occupy it right now! But that still leaves my West and my East open!
Gustclan (at the moment) is fairly chill in terms of relations, having a firmly pacifist leader who would rather go down entirely without a fight than risk cats dying unnecessarily. They're also huge so useful for defending their neighbouring clans if you want a small clan to border them, and if I see that you're getting unlucky but are sending out enough cats to do hunting and such, I am happy to donate low quantities of food to keep your clan alive, too.
Now I've gone through the general chill-ness-level of your potential future neighbour
I can make a border map to show you what I mean if you need it!
My open borders:
My east-your west
My Introduction post wrote:The Eastern border is harder to define. The thunderpath follows just west of a stream for most of the route to the lake shore. There are only three crossings for the stream during New Leaf, due to it widening, and all of these are bridges on the thunderpath where it crosses over. There are more options in other seasons, and it might even be narrow enough to leap across during greenleaf. Whether the cats should follow the thunderpath as their border, the stream as their border, or just take the option that gives them most land is unclear. Most patrols end up marking everything along there.
My west-your east
I literally do not care what biome you have (ie whether it's a desert or a rainforest or another moorland clan or even a quick fade into a city, or what), so long as you're okay with matching my territory description there!. Literally just go wild with what can border Gustclan, I just want my lines of hills, tiny road, and tiny stream. All of Gustclan is hilly, so the main difference is just whether you want drama over clan borders or not! I'm up for having Gustclan see one of their neighbours as an irritation and get some disputed territory because of it - especially as that stream gets a lot of fishing time from Gustclan!
Edit: West has been taken!

markings. i like black cats and bicolors :D
mutations. i adore those curled ear cats :o
build. big, fluffy, furry cats <3 i want to hug them so much
also i can take gustclan's east border, my west border.
lostclan is currently led by silentstar, and she's kind of just solitary, letting her clan do whatever they want. but the clan is kind of going to melt into being evil and darkness later on. they'll try to take advantage of surrounding clans and sometimes get into conflicts with other clans, but otherwise they try not to make contact with clans. also you might find hunting patrols stealing prey from near your border, you can engage in fights with them but lostclan tries to take food from outward sources.
lostclan territory is basically a huge foggy forest surrounded by tundra on two sides, but on the other side of the forest can be the stream and thunderpath.
if you would like to hear more about my clan you can do so here and here but it's not necessary.
