so im wanting to collect something other than just yellow pets but im not sure what kinds of pets i should collect... any suggestions?

Maybe a different color? If yellow is your favorite, how about your second favorite? Maybe a certain species also

I have never seen this thread but I just wanted to share my completed staff pet collection from 2009-2019! It was certainly a struggle to finish, but lucky I managed to do it before the rarities changed.

I've decided I'm going to try and collect store pets. I'm not sure how likely it is to get a full collection, but I'm going to give it my best shot! So far this is how it's looking, shocking I know. XD Thankfully I managed to get the android set and several others, but still not looking good.. pray for me. :'P

Hi! It's time for another update! Ever since last update I made some nice progress as well, as well as progress I didn't expect to make this soon! I am now at 2 / 41 special releases pets and it's more than I've even thought of 'completing' at this point for those groups. I'm so excited I've been able to add those two zebras to my collection, thanks to a VERY generous user! <3

Besides that, I've been able to cross a lot more pets from my wishlist! I'm sure that for most years I'm VERY close to completing, only missing those really hard-to-find pets or some pets from the newest years that are rather hard to trade for, oops!

I have about 660 more pets to go!

Congrats on completing your staff pet collection and lots of luck with your owl collection! I'm not really sure about tips or advice, all I can think of is that you should just actively try to trade for the pets you're missing. If you want to also collect store pets, go for that first, because those won't return. If you don't want to collect store pets, I'd suggest to either just add everything to your WL or break it down to years/groups of years, perhaps starting with the more easy pets if you don't have the fodder for 2008 pets right now! And then work your way up from that!

And apart from that, just enjoy collecting! And just.. don't give up on your dreams c:
