Personality; Katie is active and hardworking both with classes and extracurriculars, vile values nature and her alone time. She is very very interested in myths, fairytales, aliens, and cryptids but is extremely skeptical that anything of the sort exists. She enjoys debating this sort of thing, and academically challenging others even if she might not actually agree with the point she is arguing.
History; Katie has been attending university up until this year, when she decided to take a break to explore her options. She has returned home and is very interested in this new “school” that sprang up without her having heard much about it, but any strange rumours she has heard have been dismissed for the place just being new.

Personality; Despite her frail appearance, she is rather agile, and she's rather intelligent. Well, to some extent anyways. She's better at observing things and solving puzzles of sort rather then an all-around intelligence. However, she's overly cautious, and has trouble speaking her mind and opinions.

Background;
[i] Life is a fleeting thing- it begins one moment, and is ending in the next. One's whole existence goes by in a flash. One night, however, everything changed. It wasn't a mere case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time either. A relative of hers had been jealous of Akemi's life. She had the career, and was in a healthy relationship. There was a night where the previously mentioned relative invited her out for a masquerade in her hometown. Considering it an intriguing event, she gladly accepted. All dolled up in her gown and mask, she went to the masquerade with her partner and the relative of hers that had invited her. It was when she and her partner had wandered into the garden for a bit of fresh air that everything went wrong. Her relative approached, escorted by a man that approached with a dangerous air. The last thing she had seen was her relative whispering a few words to the man, and the man, bearing fangs and red eyes, lunging at her and her partner. When she awoke, her partner's body rested next to her, and she felt light headed with a large gash on on right shoulder blade. Crumpled in her hand she saw a note informing her to leave town and not return. Ever. To this day she still doesn't know what it was that attacked her and killed her partner, or what her relative entirely had to do with it. This town is her her home now, however, and the idea of going anywhere at night ( or masquerades) frightens her half to death.

Personality/background;
Being born to a human father and a vampiric mother had its affects on more than his apetite and his abilities- it also affected his personality. In the day, he may seem (most of the time) relatively like a regular human. He's sweet and romantic. Once the sun goes down, however, his personality does almost a complete 360. Instead of sweet and romantic, he's more mischievous, deceiving, flirtatious, and overall just more dangerous. It's almost like a split personality, but not quite. The night just brings out his instincts, which in turn bring out the worst in him.

history; Kio was born with the blood of both humans and dragons. His parents were humans, but after a Storm dragon took a liking to them, offered to keep their child safe by gifting him with the blood of dragons. So not too long after he was born, he developed some dragon-like characteristics. He has four dragon horns atop his head, dark gray-blue at the base and gradienting to a light gray near the points. He also has wings that are similar in color, except the leather or thin, skin-like portion is a greyish-blue. Then he has light gray scales in patches on his skin. More specifically on his back, but fading/thinning back to regular skin approaching the front of his ribs and his shoulders. There are also some on his forearms. Of course, he keeps all this hidden underneath a hoodie, no matter how hot it is. In the rain though, or in water in general, he shifts into a car-sized dragon with silver scales and grayish-blue wings. Rather sharp spines run in a singular line along the dragon's back, and his tail ends in a sharp fin on each side of it. The general element affiliation he and his dragon have is water, but the more specific affiliation is storm- giving him slight control of water. Being what he was made normal school impossible, however, and in all his years at supernatural schools had yet to meet someone else like them. He had heard there were a few others out there, but the species in itself was quite hard to come buy, considering how hard it is for mortals to impress a dragon. This made him quite the attraction, even at supernatural schools, but he was hoping this university would be different.
