Im going with this one:

Its little feet match your pup from 2017, and you're also fond of bobtails and cute ear coloration/edits.
Also relatively simple pups that grow up to have much more detailed markings.

Well. What do you define as main colour...

Around 50-70% (original question was “Is maroon the main color on your pup?”)

Hmmm I guess I cannot answer this question with a clear yes or no.

My dog did have purple eyes.
The nose is a very interesting case... my dog has both I guess. Depends which end of the nose you're looking at.

The neck and tail of this pup look like fire, but there could be more white when it grows. Pupper’s eyes could have been purple in a previous version of the design. Maroon is not the main color of this puppy. Raire said that the dog has an interesting nose, not the puppy, so it’s possible the nose color could change. The bunnies and pixelated look of Raire’s staffies are not revealed until the dog is finished growing. Not sure how to connect the other sig hints

Is the horse-spotted pup possibly a Calygreyhound? It seems a reach but going by the fact it is a coat of arms in medieval times(Likely the same era hyrule is in?) And is often depicted randomly within history. It might be possible.
It often does carry hooves, horns, a horselike or poodlelike tail, fur and scales as well.
