Nightclaw licked her three new kits. A tom that was pure black named Twilightkit. A she cat who was dark gray named Streamkit. Lastly, a tom who was light gray named Graykit. She stared down at her beautiful new kits. Rockstar entered the den. "Ah new kits means a new generation for the clan." Rockstar purred. Nightclaw smiled. "Well they will be as strong as their father..." Nightclaw trailed off remebering Graysky her mate who died by greencough. Rockstar flicked his tail under Nightclaw's chin. "And they will be as beautiful and talented as their mother." He comforted her.

Hawkfire walked into camp and didn't notice Nighclaw in the warriors den. "No way!" She said happily, a grin washing over her face. She bounded over to the nursery and stuck her head in. "Nightclaw? Are you in here?" She looked inside and saw Nightclaw and her kits. "Nightclaw! They're beautiful! I'm so happy for you!" She walked in and sat down next to her friend. Her grin still hadn't disappeared.

Rockstar left the two she cats alone and bounded away. Nightclaw smiled. "Hawkfire this is Twilightkit, graykit and streamkit." she introduced her family to her friend. Then all of a sudden she could see nothing. Lighting cracked in the distance and rain poured down. She looked up at a rock a sliver cat stepped forward. "Rain will pour and the river will rise. One will grow strong." a voice echoed in her mind. Then she was back the then nursery with the warm sent of milk around her.

"Hey are you ok? You blacked out for a second!" Hawkfire said worried.

Nightclaw blinked. "Ya..... one will grow strong?" She said to herself. She looked down at her suckling kits.

"Huh? Well ya I'm sure they'll all be strong warriors, not just one. I'd be honored to have one of them as an apprentice."

((Moons passed....))

Nightclaw licked her kits fur clean. "Mom stop that!" Squeaked graykit. Nightclaw smiled. "You want to look good for your apperentice cerimonie dont you?" She said. Rockstar leaped up onto the high rock. "Akk clan cats please come for a meeting!" he yowled arcoss the camp. Cats gathered. "A patrol has come to tell us Froststar has disapeared from Iceclan." He said. Mutters came from the crowd but quickly quieted down. "I am here to name three kits apperentices. Twilightkit you are first." He said. The small black kit stepped forward. "I call upon my warrior ansistors to look down upon this kit for he is ready to train as a apperentice. You are now known as Twilightpaw." Rockstar said. Rockstar placed his muzzle on Twilightpaw's head. The apperntice licked the leaders shoulder. After Rockstar made Graypaw and Streampaw into apperntices he called to the clan once again. "Birchpaw please step foraward." He said smiling.
