Ok this little guy definitely has to be one of my favorites from this years staff litter, so thought i would make a little fanart of him. c:

For the background i started with the gradient function to make the base background, then drew some stars on a layer over top of it, then locked that layer when i was done, and did the same gradient effect over those in the same colors. Then i picked "dodge", on a square pixelated brush and turned the scattering up about halfway and turned the opacity way down to 1 with pressure turned off, used brush size 10 with the pressure turned on and then just started madly scribbling away! xD

Then i went back to the original background behind the stars and started doing the same thing to it but i changed the brush size to 2. ^^
