"Alright! Bye, Ashpaw!" Hearing Duskpelt's answer about thrush and rabbit, Eaglepaw skipped around in a circle, excited. "Yay! So, with the rabbits, do you try to be super-stealthy, or fast? And the thrush? They fly, right? How fast? Eaglepaw continued asking questions, never really pausing to let anyone have a turn in answering.

Swishing her tail, the rogue female padded through the forest. She made sure to use her nose and steer clear of any unwanted attention from pack-dwellers(as she called them) or other rogues she may run into. Russette's ears flicked ever so slightly as she continued stalking through the brush; having another hope of catching something to eat.

"Pickings are slim," She muttered to herself as she scanned the area.

Giving a large intake of air, the small corgi watched the cars zoom by on the path. He had heard the humans call them cars, so that's what he called them. Technically, he wasn't even supposed to be out here...but that fenced in backyard just wasn't enough for his energy levels.

Sampson wasn't dumb, he knew better than to travel over the thunderpath. But...there was something about the other side the called to him. He knew about the dog packs, he knew about the rogues...he yearned to learn more about them, and maybe even befriend them! But, he knew the stakes of leaving the doggiepet life for that. And he just...

He couldn't bare to do it.

Chachie lifted her head at the sight of a dog- a small one- crossing the Thunderpath, she lifted herself up and started walking towards it. She seemed to be around the same height as the corgi. "What are you doing?" She barked politely, wiggling her tail.

She left the two alone and make her way to the place she was being with her brother, sniffing the air for any familiar or not familiar smells. There seemed to be a lot of smells of different dogs and she didn't really like it, it was odd, especially when they were being near some packs.

He flicked his ears lightly "Maybe you saw a ghost, some former pack dogs spirit, who is guarding the forest...maybe you're this spirits great gran-gran pup" he said lightly joking. He didn't believe in ghost or spirits and he only thought that there was some explanation about what the young she-dog saw.

He gave a nod to the Duskpelt and Eaglepaw, separating himself to the other group and made his way back to the Thungerpack's territory, his eyes watching around the forest for the herbs he needed to bring back.

Sampson's ears perked up, listening to the other dog speak to him. He turned his loaf of a body towards her and scanned her posture before responding. "Oh, y'know! Just looking out towards the woods!" He responded in a friendly manner, pawing at the ground a bit.

"I'm technically not suppose to be out here, but there's a lot more space to run around!" He wasn't lying, really. Sampson did want to go into the woods, but, he wouldn't say that out loud.

Nightpaw's reply caused Eaglepaw to think for quite a bit. "So, if you don't have a pack, you can go anywhere, right? So where do you normally like to be? Maybe on the moor? Someone once said that the Windpack dogs have no trees. Can you imagine? So no birds? Have you been there before?" No trees. Imagining a place where you couldn't see any trees was so hard to imagine.

She chuckled a little in amusement, wagging her tail. "Yeah, maybe." She glanced back to the rogue with a friendly smile and said, "I guess I'll see you around. Bye!" With that, she sprinted off in the direction of the Thunderpath, her meat still clutched in her long jaws. As the wonderful feeling of running through the forest invaded the pup's senses, the strange omen she had experienced was all but forgotten, and an adventurous satisfaction took its place. She didn't even stop when she made it to the Thunderpath, merely a bit surprised when a monster had to dig its rounded claws into the ground with a shrill scream to avoid rolling over her. She halted when she approached the outskirts of the city, recognizing her surroundings as the area of her own den and master. She buried her meat, knowing well that Samantha would take it from her if she showed her, for some reason, and gave a sharp bark to let her know she was there. In just moments, the twoleg came stumbling out, nearly tripping in her haste, and Mischief, in her own excitement at seeing her master again, leaped up into her paws. The twoleg gathered her up in her forelegs tightly, making these soft, quavery noises she always made whenever Mischief returned home, and Mischief licked the moisture forming in the corners of her eyes, which were also very familiar. A calmness settled in the doggiepet's belly, despite the scare she had had earlier, as her twoleg brought her into the giant house. She knew that, despite whatever tug she would feel again towards the forest, she was undeniably home.

Eaglepaw looked at Nightpaw, cocking his head. "Weeeeellll, not HERE here, but there's Shadowpack, RIverpack, Windpack, Skypack, and of course, Thunderpack. Duskpelt, how far away from each other are they?" Eaglepaw didn't actually know. He knew they shared borders with Riverpack and... what was it? Ah, Skypack. But how far away they were, he didn't know.
