izing the streets after dark making it impossible to leave your house without the risk of being robbed an
d or beaten in the dead of night. but since the local authorities have no way of picking them off in broa
d daylight they have been forced to ask for a helping hand from the most notorious organized crime gro
up in seoul called the white tigers. unlike the black dogs they are members of an organized group so th
ey are referred to as geondal or jopok. with the white tigers and special task force teamed up there is n
o way they cant take down the black dogs together; or so they assumed. . . .
