indentthe dark furred tom turned around and faced the she-cat. "hey, any plans afterwards? or are you just going to relax a bit and see what the rest of the clan wants to do?" the tom suggested, hoping that he would have a chance to properly get to know the she-cat on a deeper level.

indentthe tom let out a mrrow of laughter as she she-cat rolled her eyes, "i'm just kidding." upon hearing the question the tom's smile faltered, "well there used to be a lot of cats in here, and we used to be in a forest with other clans. but we were the only clan with power and the other clans didn't like it, so in turn they kicked us out and we have been living wherever we please. but if there are any other clans or creatures that lives in this place as well, we'd kindly give them some of our space."

Creamflower thinks for a minute before answering Ravenwatcher's question, shaking her head. "No not that I know of." she said. "I honestly dont know what I want to do next."

He didn't look at Spiritstar for a moment when heard what she was asking at him, hiding his embarrassment "...um sure...I don't mind" he meowed lightly walking forward the woods "let's go then, I can smell some prey nearby," he said silently.

"That is very true," Eaglegaze added after Whitepaw's response. "There are also various items that we use that aren't herbs too. You likely helped my mentor when we were apprentices, collecting bark for splints, cobwebs for bleeding, and mouse bile. Everyone's favorite..." A humorous purr tinged his voice, remembering how other apprentices had to help the medicine cats as a part of their duties. For many it was dreaded, but the help was very appreciated.

indentspiritstar nodded, following the tom deeper into the woods. i hope i'm not scaring the tom too much, it must've been pretty nervewrecking to have your leader follow you all the way into the woods just so that she could watch you hunt. but at the same time, the she-cat knew that it was the only way to actually get to know the tom, since he was rather reserved around the leader. maybe i could know the reason why he was glaring at me all the time.

indentnightholly let out a small purr of amusement, "i faintly rememebr my apprenticeship days as they were not long. i used to be in a cat at the apothecary's, or what sometimes they wil call, the pharmacy. it's essentially a medicine den for two-legs." she mewed, with a hint of nostalgia in the corner of her eyes, "all was well, and it's not exactly the best thing ever, but i was in contact with a lot of their meds, and most of it were circular shaped, or oval shaped, and it's rare that i could see herbs and leaves in it though."

"i suppose we could just sit around in the nursery and watch the clan under the nightsky." after a moment's thought, the tom added, "i mean, the warrior den's not bad, but there is a lot more space in the nursery and it's comfier there."

She flicked her one ear when Eaglegaze mentioned the mouse pile, at that moment she started to think about mice "So just curious, but how mice smell like? How I know that the smell belongs to mice?" she asked suddenly at Nightholly. This little herb trip started to get her to feel a little bit hungry, a mice sounded good to her ears, but she needed to find the herbs.

He walked forward trying to be seen like he knew what he was doing, which was not a lie, but still, this hunt was a little bit different. He needed to forget his nervousness or another way he could not hunt anything at all, that would be embarrassing so he tried to forget that the she-cat following him was actually his leader and a cat he may have a small crush on. Flicking his tail he sniffed the air and stopped "we're near" he meowed.

Barely hearing the two she-cats conversing, Eaglegaze disappeared around some bushes. Once the tom focused in on something that he found, he was gone. After a minute or two, the slim tabby reappeared with a few stems of marigold in his jaws. Satisfied with his find, he held them gingerly so the herbs wouldn't get damaged. "Now all we need is camomile," he stated, his voice muffled by the stems. He seemed unaware that he missed part of, and interrupted the conversation that he started himself.

indentthe she-cat nodded and followed the tom, carefully mimickign the tom's stance and making sure her claws were gripping the earth. she followed the tom soundlessly, ears perked up to listen for any movements in the shrubs nearby. upon hearing the tom, she nodded and tasted the air. hopefully i won't lose a catch this time.

"maybe i could see if i could catch a mouse and maybe you can sniff it out and tell me what does a mouse smell like."

indent"oh, that." the tom mewed, "i actually have no idea, to be quite honest. i think it was just because we were given powers to protect ourselves and the clans around us. but as to why we are all given powers, and other cats don't, i have no clue. i mean i get it but at the same time that's not fair to those who doesn't have it. and who decides what power we get anyway?"
