You can look for people with trading topics in the CS Trades - Pets, items and C$ board. This can be useful to find out what sort of pets they're looking for
Alternatively, if you scroll down to the bottom of the Forum Index, you'll see a list of all the people online at the moment; however, bear in mind that not everyone will be interested in trading pets.

Have you helped anyone before anywhere on CS? If so, please link to the post/s: no.
Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: I've been on this site for a very long time, and I come on almost every day. Throughout the years, I have learned many different parts about this site, trading, art, writing, pets, ect., and would love to teach a newbie the ropes! Also, even though I've been on this site since 2013, I've never really made any good friends to share Rp's, art, and character with, and I think if I help these new people, we'll be able to grow into a friendship!
How often do you get on CS, and how long are you typically online on these days?: There are very few days I'm not on. During the morning and mid-day, I'm only on for a few minutes, but at night I'm on for hours. My time is Eastern Daylight Time.
Did you read and understand all of the Adopter information?: yep! I'm ready!
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: Absolutely!

Any questions?: I don’t know much of anything, but how rare or common are pets with PPS? I have like 3 rn that have it and I didn’t even know what it was until like 2 days ago.

PPS pets are released quite often, actually. some people collect them though, so they can have high demand.
