. If posting art of your Skepluvi, you must credit the artist and link back to the owned Skepluvi.
. Suggestions for the species and staff are welcome; complaints or arguments towards staff/members/rules are not.
. Questions can be posted here and can be answered by staff or other members; but remember that questions posted anywhere on the main threads may only be answered by official staff.
. You may post 'in search of' posts here if looking to adopt Skepluvi off of other members, looking for studs/nurses from other members for breedings, looking for artists to draw your Skepluvi, ect.
. Roleplay should be posted in the roleplay forums, however you are allowed to post here to advertise your roleplays or to invite new members.
. Suggestions/ideas for new designs are welcome and encouraged.
. You may not beg to be staff, ask for customs, beg to win certain adopts, or anything of the sort here (or anywhere).
. You are always allowed to ask for rule clarifications or suggest rule additions if you get confused somewhere - but do not ask for rule changes on things already put in place.
. Try not to spam the thread too much - keep comments together in each response or edit to add things rather than posting multiple times.
. Have fun and post as much as you like! As always, active members will casually be awarded for their continued interest and dedication to the species with gifts and surprises from staff!

My favorite kind of skeplivia appearance are the colorful poisonous frog colored ones and the dark browns and greys! Love those patterns and colors with the white they are absolutely beautiful! Definitely my favorite origional species!

Oh! Will mutations ever be added? It would be really cool if some had an extra arm or maybe missing a leg maybe? Adding scars woukd be really cool too! Just some suggestions uwu

We're thinking about adding a few small mutations, but nothing majorly anatomy altering (so some different horn or feather edits perhaps, but not major limb/tail/body mutations). Suggestions for these from the community are definitely welcome, but keep in mind we won't be adding this feature right away.

As for character developing edits such as scars and what not, those would be things we may add to certain purchasable/won customs or event specific Skepluvi. I'm not yet sure when we will be opening up to either of those options, but we definitely will - eventually!

Announcement: Skepluvias will be hosting a special rescue event soon, in which members will be able to adopt and develop the storylines of semi-custom skepluvis. We hope to start up the event shortly after we reach Skepluvi number 100 (which will be another custom raffle of course). For those of you that know me and my adopts, you probably already have a pretty good idea of how the event will work, but for those that are new to these sorts of things you can check out several examples of different rescue events I've put together by looking at my Sveldala slaughter rescue event from 2017 here, the Fair Run hoarder rescue event from 2016 here, or even the old-as-dirt Kietta greyhound rescue event from 2015 here (all of these are now closed, obviously, but hopefully they give yall a good idea of how events work). Meme and I will be further discussing our ideas and figuring out just how much we will be able to handle on our own with putting this thing together in the coming weeks. Thankfully since I've done these a million times over for various adopts, this should run pretty smoothly and be lots of fun for everyone! So I hope yall are as excited as we are c:

Oh my gosh some of those most recent Skepluvias are soooo gorgeous. I love those really vibrant colors that blend into each other. If only I wasn't so broke though xD
Trying to save up for the next available jack! I would also love to see some more bird themed Skepluvias. I think parrots, birds of paradise, or some songbirds would be really beautiful ❤
