1) id accept personally. I’d value your side at 4.5 and theirs at 5.
2) it’s undair to the malk rarity wise but if you value them both 1-1.5 it’s fair.

List wise, they would add up to almost a Line Tribal. You could probably get more considering the Angel Advent and Winged Wood Angel have good demand -- but I don't know exactly what you'd be able to get for them "demand wise".
