Freya watches as Alari seems to grow taller and more confident as she talks about fighting the Blackbloods. She held her fake smile and listened. Even though Alari said she didn't like war, because of the way she was raised it seemed as though somewhere deep down she actually did, or maybe it was just Freya's mind playing tricks on her. She nodded in agreement when the lead warrior decided they should head back. "Yeah, I'm sure he is planning now....Maybe he already decided what to do next." She moves her feet quickly to join Alari on the walk back to camp. "Heck, with the way he has been acting he may have already gone to war without us." She giggled looking to the warrior. Freya had never been good at war, but she was good at trying to make light of situations. Her instinct told her to turn to humor so that nobody would ever know how she truly felt.

Before the male could respond, Ira saw movement out of the corner of her eye. She looks over and sees the omega Sakari. She looked almost hesitant. What could she want? Ira wondered about the female for a brief moment. They didn't usually talk. Granted, Ira didn't really talk to anyone very often. She was only talking with the lead warrior because they were preparing a patrol. Hmm, maybe she knows something? The white female took a step towards the omega and cocked her head to the side curiously. "Is something wrong Sakari?" She asked in a confident tone, though inside she felt awkward.

Dante - Anubis - Warrior

Dante bowed his head, Drogo is wrong to think that no wolf would defy him his destructive antics will get wolves killed, he knew that he was coming on to strong and needed to back off. All he wanted was to make Drogo feel uneasy and threatened. Dante was prepared for drogo to have an outburst of anger he seemed tense. Gather as many warriors as you can. We need to prepare says Drogo who knows that the pack is running thin on capable fighters. What is he thinking? With orders being given he had no choice but to follow he was bound by word to do so. "As you wish Drogo." Dante turned to walk away quickly mumbling under his breath "You better be sure your prepared." Dante had made his way to a large rounded hump in the ground, he stood looking out to the distance. After a moment he drew in a deep breath and let out a howl that lasted 3-6 seconds or so. He was telling each Anubis pack mate to make there way back. It was time.

Ashera - Blackblood - Delta Female

The she-wolf was up most of the night walking through a dark forest, she felt the urge to be out every night after the attack. Ashera could be seen in her den waking up, with a yawn and a stretch, she returned to form and left her den. Near the exit she could see the higher ranks conversating amongst them selves. Without a second thought she knew that she must approach the mess and made her way over to Lillian, Killian, and the others. As she padded to the group she noticed how nice the day was a light breeze swept across everything making the atmosphere feel comfortable. As she got closer she could hear the wolves speaking amongst them selves when there was a brief silence she made her presence known "good morning y'all " she dipped her head to Lillian with a smile as she looked at all the faces around her.

She gave a look at the wolves around her, nodding to Asa "Actually I wanted to ask if you could stay and look after the pack little while?" she said silently "I was planning to do a little walk around" she said turning to Adolph "Alright, I understand" she said flicking her ears lightly as he asked about one of the hunters.

He gave sight "yes I do know that but I rather not fight especially when this forest is large enough for two packs, maybe even three, but of course the Anubis wolves don't get that, they this they're something more special than anyone else are" he said silently looking over at Sakari when Ira mentioned the omega. He looked back at Ira "we better let go no, if you see alder, ask him to join us as well" he said to her.

She watched as the healer walked away to do whatever she needed to do, sighing she looked over at the alpha again. She didn't really know why but she did like to be around male more than she-wolves, it's made her feel comfortable and she loved to embarrass them. She gave a quick look around when noticed the other hunter Viento there, giving the male a smile.

"Ha! You just might be right. Seems like war is getting to his head." I shake my head knowing I shouldn't be doubting the alpha. "But I must obey him no matter what his command is. I'd be stupid not to." I lean in closer to Freya, so I can talk a bit quieter, so anyone nearby couldn't hear. "You know, I heard from another wolf that Drogo literally ripped another wolf's ears and tail off for disobeying him. And apparently, that was him being nice. I couldn't imagine what would happen if someone tried to overrule him." I say with an uneasy expression.
Just then my ears perked up. I could hear Dante howling not too far away. "Sounds like he's rounding up all the warriors. Come on let's go!" I say and begin to jog/run.

I slightly step one foot back and fold back my ears in submission. 'I mustn't show fear!' I think to myself. I take a deep breath to regain confidence in my voice. I open to speak and remind myself to be confident. "Uhhm, Maybe you could uhh help me out?...like with the whole fighting thing? I, uhh, know I'm just an omega and don't know how to fight, but with war coming closer and closer each day, I just figured I should learn how to help out in some way." I talked a little fast at the end, so I didn't take up too much of her time. I closed my eyes tight and slightly looked up at Ira. 'She's going to laugh at me, I just know it.' I think to myself.

As the warrior turned to follow Drogo's orders, the alpha swore he heard mumbling. He found himself sitting next to his favorite rock and glaring at the lower ranked wolf. His upper lip curled up lightly in silence. The warrior let out a howl calling the rest of the pack to the camp. Drogo listened to the sound and realized it was the most annoying thing he had ever heard. Everything about Dante was suddenly annoying him. The alpha was certain he wanted to challenge him, but why now before the big war. I'll have to take him out before it's too late. Drogo began plotting in his mind how he could get rid of Dante and make it look like justice, or even an accident. He could take him out in the war and claim the wolf was a traitor, or take him out to the edge of the territory and claim he ran off. So many choices, but Drogo knew he had to choose the right one and make it look believable or none of the pack would continue to follow him.

Freya cringed when Alari brought up the punishment Drogo had given to a wolf for disobeying him. She was there, and it was not a pretty sight. Even though the alpha had taken Freya in as a sister he still scared her. She would be a fool if she hadn't been scared of him. A howl sounded up ahead. "Sounds like he's rounding up all the warriors. Come on let's go!" Alari seemed almost excited about the call. Freya sighed and took off beside the lead warrior heading back into camp. It was times like these that made her grateful she was a huntress and not a warrior. She didn't want to take part in the war if she didn't have to. The aftermath was a horrible enough site without having to witness the fighting.

The omega approached and began talking of the 'fighting thing'. It took quite a bit for Ira not to laugh at her. Sakari finished in a hurry and looked up at the warrior. Ira smiled at her, trying to be polite. "It is actually Killian's job to train warriors, even if they are omegas. You would have to speak with him to gain permission to be trained." It made her happy that Sakari was willing to step out of her comfort zone in order to defend the pack. Why is she an omega I wonder. Ira contemplated why the she wolf was ranked as she was since she was so willing to do what was necessary for her pack. Shaking the thought she looked back to Killian and nodded acknowledging his request to ask Alder to accompany them on the patrol.

Alec winced at the harshness from all three of the higher ranked wolves. The alpha, Lillian, was the only one who seemed to have a good reason for hostility. The boarders did need to be patrolled to make sure the Anubis pack didn't attack again. Though he couldn't figure out why Asa and Adolph decided to be so angry. For Asa to tell them to quit sulking after losing their alpha seemed too cold for Alec's liking. When Adolph asked where he was Alec stepped forward. "I am here and ready to hunt." He kept his tail lowered as to not anger the higher ups anymore than they already were. His voice came out in a quiet almost inaudible whisper.

It didn't take long to get to where the meeting was being held. I turn to Freya. "I don't know if you will stay or not seeing as it seems to only be a meeting for warriors, but it was really nice talking to you!" I say with a friendly smile. 'I wish we could still talk. She seems very interesting. Plus I can't really say I have many close friends in the pack.' I think to myself. "We should catch up later sometime, yeah?"

I look over at Killian when she mentions him. Ohhhh what was I doing? I'm not cut out for fighting. "Oh, uh right. I guess I can ask about it when he is free after the patrol. Thanks." I say with a somewhat awkward smile. I give a slight bow of the head and slowly back away. I begin to walk away from the awkward situation. 'Why am I SOOOOOO awkward!?' I think to myself. As I'm walking, I can feel my legs tremble a bit. 'Must've taken a lot out of me to go up to her like that and talk to her.'

Dante - Anubis - Warrior

Once Dante finished the howl he lowered his head not moving from his position. He noticed Drogo was no longer at the peak of camp and rather back at his rock. With some distance between himself and Drogo, he looked over to see the brute glaring at him with a raised lip exposing his teeth. Definitely uneasy, and definitely threatened. It made him smile to see Drogo's cage rattled. From Drogo's view Dante's almost crazy like smile could be seen. Dante imagined the fight him and Drogo could have, even if it ended in death for Dante, it made him so excited he bit his lip at the pleasure filled thought. Dante knew his pack would be returning soon so he moved from the hump in the ground to make his way closer to the Alpha but just enough that he was in the back behind the wolves showing already. before Alari sat in front of him he looked at Drogo who didn't move and winked. If Drogo wanted to fight Dante was prepared to take his position as Alpha. Yet Dante was to old for that his age made him uninterested in females so he couldn't give the future an alpha to fear. Maybe Dante could settle being his beta if Drogo would have it. Dante refused to continue to be bossed around by those younger than him, he fought for Anubis long before Drogo was (born) pushed from his mother. Dante wanted to be seen and recognized for the honor that he brought his pack. Much blood has Dante spilt yet he is spat on.

Aluna stopped walking, and sat down. Watching the alpha very closely. He seemed un eased, she watched him and Dante sneer at each other. She almost laughed to herself " Dantes a fool" she says pawing the floor with her left paw. She gets back up and walks farther off where the alpha was. She could hear their conversations, she started to growl when Dante didn't cower. Drogo went to his favorite rock after telling Dante to call up the pack. Thats when she decide to make her way to the alpha. She approached with her head down, her tail between her legs and her eyes on the ground out of respect. She stood a couple inches from him, waiting for his permission to speak

The brute looked at Lillian, surprised. Than his eyes went down, he bowed his head "yes alpha" he sat down where he was at and looked around the pack. All the familiar faces, it somehow made him feel a little sick. Knowing that his pack is the weak pack, but nether the less. Its how it is, he gets up and barks at Alec "speak louder next time" he didn't know why, but he just liked picking on this wolf. Maybe because he KNEW that he wasn't the brutes favorite

Adolph looked around, great. There was not enough hunters. he sighed heavily "how are we gonna survive this?" he asked himself, shaking his head. He popped his head up when Alec had entered the area, he shows the wolf a small smile, but when his older brother snaps at the smaller wolf Adolph growls jumping in front of Alec and Asa. He snaps at Asa "thats enough!" before Adolph knew it he was on the floor being pinned down by Asa, growling.

Drogo never took his eyes off the warrior male as he signaled the pack to gather. When the call was finished the warrior looked to the alpha and smiled in a crazy manner. He is definitely up to something. Drogo was certain in his mind now that Dante was out for him, but he was an older wolf. What good would he be as alpha? Then just before another warrior, Alari, moved between them Drogo swore Dante winked at him. A low yet loud growl rumbled in the black wolf's chest. It was then that Aluna chose to approach him with her tail tucked and eyes down. Dante would have to wait. He snorted and looked to the female who was mere inches from him. "What is it?!" He asked harshly taking out his anger out on her. It wasn't really her that he was angry with, she just happened to be the closest wolf in range.

"We should catch up later sometime, yeah?" Freya smiled at the lead warrior female and dipped her head. "I will stay close enough to listen, but probably won't take any part in this meeting. It would be nice to catch up later though." It felt nice having another wolf in the pack want to be her friend. Most wolves avoided her due to how close she was with Drogo. With a parting smile and nod to the female Freya made her way to the back of the group of wolves gathering. She could see Drogo up near his rock and the warrior Aluna approached him. But Drogo's eyes were fixated on Dante for a brief moment. Wonder what is going on between them? Freya could almost see the tension across the span between the two males.

Ira felt a ping of pain when Sakari started backing away awkwardly. The omega just wanted to learn to fight and defend her pack, but it wasn't Ira's place to determine if she was worthy or not. "You could ask him now. I have to find Alder before we go on patrol." She tried to comfort the she wolf. The warrior smiled lightly though watching the wolf walk shakily away. It took a lot of bravery for her to approach and ask about training. Normally the omegas would just hide and cower away from the higher ranks, but this female was going above and beyond. With a final nod to herself Ira turned and looked around for Alder. Where could he have gotten off too?

Alec jumped back when the beta barked at him, "Speak louder next time!" The hunter was on edge and ready for whatever Asa was going to do to him. He was used to it. Alec had never been one of Asa's favorites, and he knew it. Rather than feeling teeth or being shoved down instead a golden black wolf jumped between him and the beta. It was Adolph. "That's enough!" In what seemed like mere seconds the beta had the lead hunter pinned to the ground. Alec cringed for Adolph. He stepped forward keeping his tail tucked to show his submission, "Sorry, I was lost in thought and didn't realize I was speaking so quiet." He lied hoping it would be enough to end this internal conflict. They were already losing so much from Anubis Pack, last thing they needed was to be fighting among themselves.

As he entered the encampment, he spotted Ira; who seemed to be looking for someone. Once the she-wolf spotted
him, he watched as she made a steady trot towards him. "Oh", he thought. "She's looking for me". Did he
take to much off by the tree? He could only hope he wasn't in trouble.
