Whether they did or not, waiting for an Admin is the only thing they need to do. Mods cannot help in this situation.

Sorry but no, we don't usually let accounts join if one or both accounts are only a few months old and Deia is only about 4 months old. She has also merged with another account in the past, and then un-merged within a few days. We wouldn't be keen to give Deia permission to merge with anyone until she has been around longer and actually looks to be serious about merging, because that kind of behavior is really undesirable.
