Face position can be anything you like or you think fit the best, I don't wanna restrict you on that especially because it's pixels! For backgrounds Bartholomew is very sea/beach themed so something underwater or just a coastline would be perfect! For Bishop I think a golden/fiery sunset would be cool or anything fiery color! Honestly feel free to do whatever for him as he's still new c: Hopefully that helps, I'm sending the trade over ASAP.
