So out of the dragon PPS pets all 4 color outcomes are revealed on day 1 or 2 according to the archives;
I still have an egg that's 4 days old of which isn't the PPS jeweled egg outcome and i'm really confused as to why it hasn't grown up into one of the 4 outcomes yet?

You will still be able to do the trade-ins for milk and cream, yes. You just won't be able to collect any new tokens any more, so no more banners will appear, and presumably the mine will no longer yield crystals or hamsters. (At least that's how it's been with gathering locations in the last events.)
