The cavern is actually quite warm..and as you venture further in you realize that this could be a fire type attraction spot.

As if on cue you turn the corner and spot the source of the sound,

A weeping Charmander!

Oh no..there seems to be a big rock on its tail!

Vanessa walked over to the pokemon who stood in front of her, only unfamiliar with one that the pokedex read; Huntail. "Why don't we battle Huntail! I've never seen one before! I want to learn about its abilities" she decided, her two pokemon squeaking in agreement. "Alright Ignis, you're up, Raiden, we'll find someone else to battle after for you, and maybe we can even find a new friend to join us!" she decided, the Electrike nodding in agreement and sitting by her feet. The charmander stood in front of its opponent, "Alright Ignis, let's start this off strong! Use Scratch!" she commanded.

The plan seemed to work and Charmander was set free.

The pokemon jumped up in happiness and excitement, squealing happily.

"Char!" the pokemon said happily.

A growl sounded and another rock flew towards charmander, almost landing on its tail again.

Charmander hid behind you, scared.

Who was throwing rocks at charmander? And why did they want him stuck?

the trainer stared down at the aron, who'd paused in favour of warily watching him. joon had become frozen solid as soon as he had discovered the aron; it was the first he'd encountered in the wild - he wasn't sure what he should do.

instead, his rowlet moved first. it flapped it's tubby little wings, lifting itself from where it was perched heavily on joon's head, and approached the wild pokemon carefully, landing half a metre from the aron. it chirruped, speaking gently to show it was of no harm, then took a step forward.

Star hugs the emolga—who was now Bee—and gives her a warm smile. Things got pretty scary for a while, but this was turning out to be a great start to her journey! Briefly in the girl's vision however, she can see a strange light. Star gently sets Bee down on the ground, motioning for the two to follow her. "Did you two see that?" she asks, cautiously peering into the entrance of the cave.

Torch and Bee follow her, standing close by. Both of them look up at her curiously. "Let's go see what's inside this cave," Star says, carefully walking inside. They say curiosity killed the skitty, though... but maybe she would get lucky.

they spoke for a little longer before the rowlet hopped backwards, gesturing at joon with stars in his eyes. the trainer chuckled under his breath; he may not understand the little owl's words, but he sure did think he could tell what the rowlet was doing. he scratched at the back of his head, embarrassed at whatever compliments his pokemon was showering him with to the aron.

a warmth filled joon's chest as the aron bumped his knee with its head. he looked between the rowlet, now puffing his chest out with pride, and the puppy-eyed aron. he smiled, then as delicately as he could, he picked the aron up into the air.

"if you're fine with me, then i'll gladly take you along," the trainer said.

gently placing the pokemon down, he pulled a pokeball free from his backpack.
