Tiber is the cranky, scruffy fellow who can be seen creeping around in the records office. He is not very sociable, but terribly efficient and takes great pride in what he does, but don't you dare mess up his filing system!

This goon adores flowers, and can usually be seen around the town either picking them or watering them. Tigris runs a little flower shop where she sells all the wildflowers she finds, as well as all the ones she grows herself. However, most of these flowers seem.... a little unusual? Who knows exactly what kind of flowers Tigris sells, but they definitely aren't anything anyone else has ever seen before.
