Now, their side is worth 5 '09 rares, so they're still overpaying a little bit

The PPS dog is a rerelease and is an '09 very rare - the other dogs are '09 rares. The lion/cheetah is a store pet worth an '09 rare.

They are worth a late 2010 rare each so yes your overpaying

2019 store pets are generally valued at a late 2010 rare. The pet they're offering is from 2012, so it's unfair to you.
2010 rares are usually valued at 4 rares from 2012, so they'd need to add 3 more to their side. Any demand is up to you and who you're trading as demand varies from user to user. Personal values are also up to you as you're free to value any pet how you'd like. :)

Unfair to them due to the age gap, your side is not worth a 2010 rare. Quantity has its own value but that is up to you; I personally would take this.
