My little brother (lugiaboy202) recently got a bad computer virus that intertwined itself within his login information file. Upon reseting the computer, it got stuck in a reboot loop and now does this whenever we turn his computer on. Basicaly, he can't access his computer at all.

While I'm pretty sure he's probably missed all the April pets/events already, (tho I'm not sure), he really want to get back on his account so he can adopt this month's pets. We where send a new password and I logged into his e-mail to get it for him. However, the VERY FIRST TIME we tried to input the password, it told us we'd tried too many times and we now had to type in a CAPTCHA code as well. We entered the CAPTCHA and password correctly several times and nothing happened.

Obviousley, I'm writing this cause my little brother can't access his computer, and now not even his account. Help, anyone?
