2011 Store Pets were on Tier 2 of the now discontinued Advent List.
If you still follow the discontinued list they are worth 4-5 2009 Rares
If you no longer follow the list it is ultimately up to you on how you value them now.

The Red Malk Dragon was on Tier 1 of the now discontinued September List.
If you still follow the list the Red Malk Dragon is worth roughly 12-16 2009 Rares or 2 Mid Advents
If you no longer follow the list and value it from it's release date then without any demand I believe that it would be valued roughly as a regular 2010 Very Rare or 1 Late 2009 Rare -- Any demand is up to you to decide on as it varies from player to player
