They were a free giveaway from Notker's rock yesterday, but they are currently not available. Free items sometimes cycle around later in the event though!

Whoever added the TOC for threads, bless you but also I failed at communicating I meant links to the posts in the Outcomes thread--namely, Tokens/Daily Releases - Free/Token Trade-ins (imagine a mobile user trying to go directly to the Token Trade-ins post)
