Congrats on your catch! ^^ I believe the red cerb can usually go for around 2.5-4 nons however it would be up to you and your trading partner on how you value it since people value it differently.

Theoretially the August PPS is worth it's "actual" value - a 2012 very rare.
However, due to it's very popular design, many people are paying more and asking for higher values during trading, which drastically increased the artificial value of this pet. You will have to negotiate with your future trading partners in order to find out what they personally expect you to pay for their August PPS.

It's called the Floppy Pink Pastel (source: link) and I would assume that they go for normal worth (a 08 very rare/ it's not an ex-list). It's a good pet to fetch quantity 09 rares or trade up for older store pets.
