Akira nodded at Jessica and Akihito before hurrying off to Aralynn's room, at a pace almost like that of jogging. Upon arrival, she quickly knocked on the door to Aralynn's chambers. " Aralynn, are you ok in there?" she asked, pressing her ear against the door. The female didn't fail to notice, however, the dog's peculiar behavior, nor Jessica speaking to the dog. Apparently, her family was surrounded by vampires, and Akihito's interactions with the vampires would be discussed later, after they took care of Aralynn.

" Well if you weren't aware attempting to kidnap a lady was gentlemanly behavior, then I wasn't aware I was attempting to kidnap you. I gave you and option, and would've left if you said no. Therefore, can this even be considered kidnapping, m'lady?" he mused with a smile.It amused him, however, as Aralynn clung to him as if he was the difference between life and death. " Ms.Aralynn, you have a rather strong grip for someone who seems so dainty." he teased prior to arriving at their destination. Upon her request of activity, he obliged willingly.'' Whatever you wish ms......er, whatever you wish, Aralynn." as he spoke, it was clear he wasn't used to talking to ladies without formality. " 'Tis your night afterall. We can check out the plants as we look at store windows. If you wished we could even go into some stores, or find a greenhouse. If you see anything in particular you like as well, feel free to let me know." he stated, setting Aralynn down at last before beginning to walk. " You'll find clothing and crafts from a variety of cultures here, along with some that are exclusive to the culture in this town. None the less, I'm sure you'll find this place interesting." that being said, as he glanced towards a nearby cafe, there was a couple sitting at one of the outside tables. One of the two was clearly a vampire,
based on the looks of their drink and the fact their fangs were clearly out. The other appeared to simply be human. Yet the two were talking and laughing like it was any other day.

“Hey, dog, we need to go to the Queen’s room...” she growled, though Theo acted like nothing was wrong there. She allowed Akira to carry her, seeing as she was still in the heiress’ arms, tail flicking a few times and nose going. “Can you open the door? Is it locked?” she yipped, jittering a bit then forcing herself to settle, not wanting to scare or upset the princess. Her ears flicked and swiveled as well.

He sighed as he put his hand on Theo’s head again, scratching behind the ears then turning his gaze from the dog to the girls. He tilted his head a moment, brushing through dark hair then shuddering a bit. Shaking his head he listened to Akira speak about guards a moment, then the fox was speaking to the dog. He nearly felt sick thinking of a vampire being with Aralynn...What if they hurt her? He sighed and shifted from foot to foot, coughing a bit then glancing to the dog again.

He let his gaze flick back to the escapee again, tilting his head then making an irritated noise the guy hadn’t spoken...Shaking his head, he returned his gaze to the big black dog as usual, flicking through his fur as though to calm himself. He moved a bit at the small whimper, squeaking when the dog then circled and butted him, though it was gentle. He made a small sound of worry, mixed with irritation or disapproval, when the dog began to act wary of the fox with his sister. Shaking his head he patted the dog, albeit a bit harder than usual, then looked to the fox and heiress again. “Theo, we need to go to Aralynn’s room...” he muttered, not caring if the escapee also with them followed or not. He then tried nudging the large black dog along.

The dark haired vampire could keep in a giggle that bubbled forth from soft and pink lips. Shaking her head, she rubbed her cheek a moment. Shrugging, she nodded at the bigger vampire. “Yes, I suppose.” she said, starting to lead the way back towards the barn. In said barn waited a gorgeous black and white coated American Paint Horse called Show Me the Way, affectionately called Wey by Konan.

Koon, a beautiful tan, dark brown and white sheepdog, yipped and pawed at his owner. Jamie huffed at their dog, blinking open their eyes and staring over the side of the bed at him a moment. He’d settled back down down there after they’d huffed. They sat up, swinging their feet over the edge then standing. Stretching, they brushed their hair, changed into day clothes and went downstairs, Koon by their side.

Aralynn said nothing in regards to the comment about her grip as she settled in beside her escort. Her sense of fear regarding the dark, even though beautifully lit, holding onto her. But keeping close to Al and a hold on him made her feel somewhat better. At least it took off the worst of her fears. Al was the only familiar and trustworthy thing in her new mysterious enviroment and she would not be parted from him. Willing or unwilling seperated from him. He was about the only thing keeping her from being totally petrified at the moment. Though she managed to smile a bit when the vampire corrected himself removing the title portion of her name as he addressed her. It was clear that the dark haired male was not used to talking to someone as she had asked him to speak to her. "On second thought, if it's easier or you feel more comfortable with it, Ms. isn't hurting anything. I just assumed it was because of where we were you called me that.", Aralynn said before blinking. Before she could protest it her feet were once again on the ground.

Clearing her throat Aralynn let an arm wrap itself around one of Al's. The whole time watching him carefully to see if this action was unwanted. If it was she would simply pull away from the vampire. Not that he was giving any indication that he was uncomfortable as before when they embraced. As the male started directing them to walk the young queen watched the scenes they passed. Music filled her ears trying to get itself stuck in her thoughts. The warm breeze accompanying the clear night blew against her face and through her pale locks. "It's beautiful here.", said the human female, "And everyone looks so happy it's hard to believe there are any problems at all, though you said there were still a few. I...almost don't want to leave here to go back. Why would anyone want to? Think we can find the greenhouse? I'd like to see what sorts of plants these blooms are." Aralynn was eyeing up the few establishments they passed when she looked back up at Al. He seemed distracted. "Is everything alright?", she asked following the male's gaze to a near by café. Outside sat a pair of a human and a vampire having what seemed like a normal conversation of some sort. They looked like they were rather enjoying themselves and each other's company.

The dog’s stare stuck on the fox, but calmed down a bit when she appeared friendly in terms with the other heir. At the words directing them to go to Aralynn’s room, Theo’s ears perked up. Was Aralynn unaware of the vampire she knowingly invited to go with her? Theo’s sharp hearing had definitely caught the confidence in the queen’s voice to the prisoners before thy had even reached them, but if Akihito and his sister were worried then it was at least worth a check.

Theo gave a sharp bark and moved to catch up with the two already at the closed door, looking back to the prince before closing the distance and listening for a short while. With a strange sense of unfamiliarity the shepherd couldn’t pick up the strong scent that someone had when they were present, nor could he hear even the slightest breath. He looked worriedly to Akira and the fox she held.

“I don’t think anyone is in there... “ the vampire whined, his dark form shifting and shrinking until it took the form of the small black and white cat from earlier. “I’m going to pick the lock just in case, but perhaps they climbed out of a window? Is there even a window?” Theo spoke, the edge of bark in his voice changing to a higher pitch of a meow. Preferring less noticeable action over just throwing himself at the door, the feline stood up on his hind legs and stuck a claw in the lock to try to complete the puzzle that separated the group from the human queen’s disappearance.

It took him by surprise that the queen was so quick to link herself to him again. Not that he minded, but....there must have been something bothering her. He nodded at her statement, however. " Like any race there are those who are good, and those who are not. In addition, while we appear human- we are also predators, and like any predators, we have instincts that tell us to hunt. Hence why the worst thing you can do when confronted by an angry vampire is run. It only brings out the predator even more. Fans the flames, so to speak. You'd be better off trying your best to stay calm, and only running when your absolutely sure you can get away. Though should you already be pinned, your more likely to survive if you stay calm and don't fight back. In fact, if your willing, your the most likely to survive. However, those situations are uncommon here." he stated, smiling at Aralynn. " It is quite peaceful, though it is the most beautiful and lively at night. In the daylight the flowers you see all close up, and they don't bloom. Only at night can their true beauty be seen. Just like all the people you see out right now? There's actually quite a few less people in the hours of the sun. During that time this town could be mistaken for any other typical town. Especially considering the vampires avoid the sunlight. The majority of us can be in it just fine, though it makes us a wee bit tired. None the less, I'm glad you almost don't want to leave. The night can be both dangerous and beautiful, Aralynn. Should you ever wish to return here all you need to do is ask. Should you even desire it, I'm sure I could arrange you a vacation home." having been caught lost in thoughts, he faintly blushed. " Yes, everything is just fine. I had just forgotten what a difference there is between your kingdom and this city."

She growled lowly when Theo said he didn’t think anyone was in there...She glanced from Akira to Akihito to Theo then snorted. “Of course there’s a window, obviously.” she huffed, ears twitching. She glanced up to Akira again, pawing her arm, then yiped when Akihito waved down a guard and spoke to him...

He made a small sound as he glanced to the dog, whom appeared just a bit confused, though also wary as he caught the scent of their worry for their sister. He shuddered a bit at the thought the vampire had threaded his way into Aralynn’s heart, her room, then brought harm to her...Shaking his head, he hummed as he trotted after them all the way to the room. He sighed softly, tilting his head as he watched the dog seem to listen into the room. He huffed quietly a moment, shaking his head again, then waited with bated breath. Seeing the worry in the dog’s glance made him nervous...

He squeaked when the dog both said he didn’t think the queen was in there, as well as from him shifting into his cat form now. He murmured something randomly, too quiet to hear, then shook his head for the third time in minutes. When he heard a guard coming they’re way he nearly froze, but then thought quick and grabbed the black and white cat, pulling him away from the door and lock. Turning his gaze to the guard, he motioned him over. “Erm, sir...Do you have a key to Aralynn’s room?” he asked, trying to look innocent and cute. The guard rolled his eyes, produced the key, handed it over, then turned and walked away again. Aki sighed in relief, holding the cat and key. “Well, do we use the key or do you want to risk getting caught again?” he asked.

Fallon followed behind Konan shortly entering the barn after her. He didn't come here all that often but, when he did, he found it was quite the location. Peaceful and a place where one could think. It was here he decided to give smithing a try after spending some time with the animals. It also nearly earned him a hoof to the face. "I'll check their feed. Not that they aren't in great shape, but it helps to kiss up to creatures that could stomp you to dust. Or, at the very least, mar your flawless looks right?"

She eyed him for a moment seeing the bright red appear coloring his face. She smiled but decided to say nothing about it, keeping her thoughts to herself on how sweet the blush made Al look. Had she said something it was likely to only make his face redder but make it the only and last time too. No. She'd rather keep her opinion here to herself and reap the rewards. "I'm not...in love with the dark, I know it's childish so feel free to tease me. On my words I won't hold it against you. I've never been as ambitious or reckless as my sister and brother are either....sneaking out like they do. It's like they live to defy me.", Aralynn begrudgingly admitted feeling her own face warm up in the process, "Guess that is what siblings are supposed to do though." She watched the vampire for a few more seconds. Her eyes drifted back to the happily chatting pair outside the café then before clearing her throat. With a weak tug on the dark haired male's arm to beg them back into a slow walk, "Weather there are problems here or not you can't tell. I certainly would have never known had you not just explained things to me now." Hearing how sunlight didn't seriously effect vampires did appear to earn a satisfied look from the young queen though. It meant that Al was alright wondering around during the day. The hoodie combined with the time the attacks took place in the capitol had her concerned. Of course the fact it weakened his kind really wasn't all that great but it could have always had effected them worse. Though the bit about her returning to this city did manage to catch her attention. "You can do that? You would do that and for me?", she asked curiously, "That sounds like an awful lot."

The cat’s ears flattened to his head as he turned to the fox and hissed. “Why don't you sneak around and climb in, then?” His glare bore into hers for a moment before hopping up to the lock and trying to peer in at the mechanisms. Before he could try anything else, Theo heard Akihito call someone down and quickly lowered himself to sit on the ground. The boy leaned down to pick him up just as he did this, which caused him to give a quiet mew of surprise. The vampire behaved as Akihito held him and talked to the guard, getting distracted by Jessika for a quick moment to stick his tongue out at her. He’d be more useful than that irritating fox!

The cat had curled up comfortably in the heir’s arms, looking up to the boy after the guard left. Akihito now held a key, which seemed almost too convenient for what Theo had gone through in his earlier years. “Hm, you think they’d arrest a cat?” He wondered curiously before giving a nod and hopping down to the floor. His shape grew in size until he was once again a fairly large dog. As freaky as it may have appeared to the newcomers, Theo couldn’t deny that his nose as a canine was better for finding the queen. “I’ll see if I can sniff them out”. The Belgian shepherd vowed, returning to the door.
