Just a personal opinion, I would take either of them if they offered for my Holly. ^^
Probably would lean towards the first trade though as I've seen Ravens go for 1.5-2 nons

1. Raven dog is a Tier 7 Advent list and worth 7-8 Mixed 09 Rares. UR Holly = 2 Sorbets & a green toxic. Grey dragon is a Tier 12 September list and worth 7 Mid-advents & Seal PPS. I wouldn't take it tho, I don't like raven and prefer Holly & Grey dragon more.
2. UR Holly worth 2 Sorbets & a green toxic in the list, BEG worth 2 Sorbets. It's a little under pay on their side.

Sunback alone worth 2 nons and have crazy demand, Blue Toxic worth 1 Sorbet & Red x PPS, BEG & CEG worth roughly 3-3.5 Sorbets. BMD is a Tier 6 September list and worth as a Red rose. Brown wood dog is a Tier 1 Advent list and worth 3-4 '09 rares.
They're overpaying. Personally, I would accept this.
