It's fair, 2018 store pets are worth a mid 2010 rare.

If you use the list, the PPS Cocoon is worth 6-7 '09 rares, so it's unfair to you --
If you don't use the list, the PPS Cocoon would only be worth like 2 '09 rares (released in May 2009), so it's still unfair to you.
The Malk Mutant has good demand, so I personally see this as around fair though. It's up to you if you're happy with it or not!

It's unfair to them -- their pet is a store pet, so it's worth much more than regular pets. c:
