Summer Forest Guardian is a list store pet so it does has good demand. However, it worth around 70C$ if using the 'How much is this pet worth in C$?' Thread, so they're overpaying.

I don't know about the first one but the second one is unfair to the top. Your caramel apple is a '10 Halloween item and their Pumpkin carry bag and Vampire Fangs are also from '10 Halloween.
Large Silver Crown and Small Silver Crown are an '11 store items, Floaty blue and pink wings are '10 store items and Katana is a '09 store item + '11 UC dog.
I don't know about the apple demand but it's a big overpay on their side.
