According to the items guide it’s worth a September list pet, so it would be unfair to you. Personally, I wouldn’t trade that much for it regardless of rarity when there are cheaper halos from other years. But that’s just me.

I'm not sure what your item is worth, but it's unfair to them rarity wise -- their side is worth over 4 '09 rares, yours is worth 2.5 '09 rares.

Rarity wise they're overpaying as your cat is only worth 2 '09 rares, their side is worth 3 '09 rares

I don't know about the first one but the second one is unfair to the top. Your caramel apple is a '10 Halloween item and their Pumpkin carry bag and Vampire Fangs are also from '10 Halloween.
Large Silver Crown and Small Silver Crown are an '11 store items, Floaty blue and pink wings are '10 store items and Katana is a '09 store item + '11 UC dog.
I don't know about the apple demand but it's a big overpay on their side.
