the eat me & drink me set is typically valued at around 6-7 nons, as i've personally seen lately.
the first trade, adds up to about 4-5 nons, the second is a pretty solid 5-5.5. considering what the set can go for, it would be unfair to them in both of these cases, however, everyone values things differently, so it really depends on if you, and your partner are both happy with these trades :]

that'd render the first trade at about 5.2? and that'd put the second trade at roughly 5.5-6. so the second offer would be more fair to your partner overall.

Personally I think both of those are fair, especially the first one, because I think you’d be able to get much more for those pets than what you are giving, specifically the malk dragon, I’ve seen it go for a lot. The second one for the same reason. As an opinion I would accept both in a heartbeat, very especially the first trade. Again, just opinions, as it always depends how you value your pets. in other words I think the combined gain of the pets is worth it (ex: the second one, you could get more than the UR tiger in the future for the pets that they give you)

Okay so, according to this post from the "How Much Is This Item Worth"? thread prices it at between a mid sept list and a red toxic which is a huge gap. So's just based on you and your trading partner's personal demand. I would get a second opinion though!
