According to the CS Items Guide, your item is worth an early 2009 rare or very rare. (1-2 2009 rares.) Going by those values, this is fair if you value your item at 1 2009 rare, but it's unfair to you if you value it at 2. Ultimately, the trade's fairness is up to you as you're free to value your item how you'd like regardless of guide values. c:

The Tess horse and the 2010 rare is enough to make it fair, the other pets are overpay on their side.

Yes, since your rares are mainly horses and rats, and the dogs only have average demand.
Cake dog has average demand, you wouldn't be able to trade it for six mid-advents but it's still overpay.
