There are very few Gorillaz songs that I like and it's been a while since I've properly listened to them.
The song is definitely different than thier other stuff. I wish the vocals were more clear and didn't have that static/murmur-like effect as an overtone. It's too "new" for my liking, and just doesn't sound like them unfortunately. I really didn't like much of the song and I doubt I'll listen to it again, sorry.

im a big fan of rock, but unfortunately, im not sure if i like this song all too much. i do like the instrumental and its beat, but i don't think i like the vocals. ive never heard of this band before? i might try to take a look at their other stuff, and who knows? i might like something else, but i don't really have a liking for this song sadly.

literally has been stuck in my head all day! (or, actually, the eva version but it's a cover...) i love this song to death and it gives me such a good feeling whenever i hear it. the lyrics are so unique and different from the generic "i love you mwah mwah" and i often find myself having a set of lyrics in my mind for a while! thanks for the song : )

this song is going to be stuck in my head for awhile. i love how jazzy it is and the singers voice is art. and the lyrics are perfect for the tone of the song. honestly, i just love literally everything about this song. this song is probably one of my new favorites and i'm totally gonna have to listen to more from the artist. thanks so much for the rec!!

I love NF! His songs are always so raw and powerful, not to mention the cool use of orchestrals combined with rap.
This song has really amazing lyrics, and I love the gradual build up to the climax, adding more and more musical elements as it gets there. The background instrumentals are very unique, and in general, the song is unique for a rap. It's very well-written, and you can tell a lot of talent went into it. Overall, I'd listen to this one again, thanks for getting me to it! My friend showed it to me earlier but I forgot about it for a while.
