I'm just someone who will try and get gyms, because of a research that I have to get, this is what I currently have, five gym wins, and to get coins. There's a gym, near a video rental store where I live, my phone was being extremely slow to where I had to restart Pokemon Go... My phone was on low speed data as I used up all my high speed data, so yeah there's that. Before I had to restart the game, I noticed that the gym was neutral, so I was panicking when I noticed someone walking towards the area it was at. They left, and I was annoyed that someone from a different team got the gym, but when I noticed it was red I was grinning like a idiot. So I put my main, and first Flareon, Zaitherin, in the gym, she's my main gym holder. She does pretty good, as I usually get the max most of the time. Kind of sucks that people abused the system just to be able to farm coins early on.

I wish that I have a group to go and do raids with.

oof same, I dont really have anyone to play with at all. My parents don't use smartphones and the game doesnt work on my brothers phone for some reason. I've never been able to take on even a tier 3 raid sobb.

I only did one tier three raid by myself, and I barely made it. Didnt catch the Sharpedo, or whatever it spelled, know it's the shark looking Pokemon. The game tends to lag on me. Having 16 gigabytes of internal memory doesn't last long.

I wish that I have a group to go and do raids with. I do have a friend, who asked me what team I am on, and when I told him Valor (He's on Mystic I believe) he told me that we're enemies. I just roll my eyes at him. That is not what Pokemon Go is, to me anyways. Yeah there's teams, but I don't know. Then again, we both have different mind sets.

I have a question that I had about raids for a while now though. If you're in a group, and Let's say Kyogre knocked out your entire team, do you lose your chance to capture Kyogre?

Honestly, about the Valor-Mystic thing - it's crazy how people take it seriously near me. If you're one or the other, you have to be enemies (supposedly). I know of people who will knock others out of gyms because of their teams. It's kind of funny in a weird way? Mystic and Valor are against each other and Instinct is just there enjoying life - taking whatever gyms they want and no one cares about that.
This isn't how everyone plays of course - but I do see it a lot because people take it seriously! I've met awesome Valors (I'm Mystic), and awesome Instincts, too! I'm just a happy player who gets along with everyone, but I do see a lot of feuding going on. I myself have only one gym I care about, but since I've gotten gold on it, I've been a tad lazy. But, I've been fighting for that gym for 2 years, and I prefer to try and keep it - even if it's out of the way!

But yeah, like wanda. said with Kyogre, you don't lose your chance. Back in the day, if the raid disappeared (i.e. the timer was done), if you fainted out you were done. However, they did fix that - so it's next to impossible to lose your chance! The only time I've seen a problem is if you glitch out, you may not be able to rejoin the lobby for some reason and either a.) everyone else beat it or b.) the timer does run out and you're not in a lobby. Tbh I kinda do that w/ my friends, we're all like battle down red gyms?? Thats probably because my mum is on a totally different team to anyone in my family or friend group,,

Anyone else think it would be really cool if the Pokémon in Pokémon Go looked semi-realistic like the ones in Detective Pikachu?

That would be cool, but I think it would probably lag my phone up to high heavens though. I was looking for a Natu when I saw that movie.

I'm bummed I couldn't go to any Go Fest this year - I see they rereleased the flower crown eevee (and possibly pikachu?) at this one! I want a shiny flower crown eevee so badly! I don't know anyone who's going or I'd ask them to trade rip.
But I'm excited for Jirachi, too!

And same, I've hatched A TON of grimers. Too many. One could at least be purple geez.
