Animate adoptables

i would like to know if anyone knows how to animate adoptables i found a really good site but it leaves letters on the completed image so i wanna know if there is a program or website that can A:make a customizable animated picture with no words. And B:lets you edit how long certaian pics are seen like this website http://www.myspacegens.com/handler.php? ... 9714449976 but it leaves words and you cant see the eyes so....
please if anyone knows i would be overjoyed for that information. if this has been answered please post a link to the topic

If you have any version of windows you could just use windows movie maker. You can edit everything about the animation there It is a program that comes with your computer.
