I've seen ppl have a thread for battles/gatherings/etc, but I think I've seen them
get locked before because of spam or something? Idk, but it can be done that
way I guess. A huge thread could be confusing though, because you can only have
it organized to a certain extent. It can be confusing both ways though, but you could
have a post on the front for the other clan, so everyone post on the same thread and such.

i got several ideas to keep it somewhat organized, like to have each clan have a set color [like blue for creekclan, red for fireclan, and like green for forestclan or whatever] and have each cat that's posted have the color in their post header so everyone knows who is from which clan

Alright then! I've seen that before too. Or you can just put in a section of your post header
what clan such as;

[male] - [22 moons] - [creekclan] - [tags; --]
[male] - [36 moons] - [forestclan] - [tags; --]

and etc. That could also be a way to do it.

true, though people end to have jumbled headers with lots of info that takes a sec to sort through and find the clan tag, i figured an over all color code would be easier to quickly identify a clan's cat and follow it through all the other mess that will happen at the same time [like if several clans fight at the same time in different areas]

Ahh, true. Though, some ppl have colored headers (like myself), but it could
work as long as everyone knows the color code and such. And it would
make it easier with it expanded to three, four or five different clans and such.

maybe there can be a rule where there's a set type of header you can use on the multi-clan thread, like you can use your fancier, nice looking header in your home clan thread, but have to use the simple color-coded battle headers in the multi thread?
though people will probably hate that, but it would make it a lot easier

tabby. a bubbly and energetic apprentice, it's no surprise
this happy-go-lucky female was named after the springy
hare. she's confident and most of the time all-smiles,
she's innocent and light on her feet, often bounding from
place to place. however once a sick cat is brought to her
it's as if her entire demeanor changes, she's firm and will
snap at anyone who dares defy her when an ill or injured
cat is in her care. She will do everything in her power to
insure that the cat before her survives to the next moon.

she's respectful and loves to joke around, keeps her wits
about her in many situations and likes to ensure that the
clan is happy and healthy. She's a bit playful, but that is
only when she has free time. She's completely serious as
a medicine apprentice and takes her duties as seriously
as any old warrior. She will gladly do whatever her mentor
may ask of her. She tends to question herself and her
abilities, even if she's competent. She believes most of the
time that she's incompetent and is susceptible to being put
down either by herself or by others. She takes everything
seriously, and often gets genuinely hurt though is quick to
hide it. She doesn't tease very often, since it likely hurts
herself more than it would hurt the recipient of the teasing.

an energetic girl, she's a bit lanky with large ears and long
paws that make it easier for her to run and leap. She's got
a thin, long tail that tends to curl at the tip. She sometimes
trips on her own length but recently has come to get better
at keeping herself and her emotions under control. She has
rich brown eyes that are gentle and almond shaped, often
they scrutinize her surroundings as if she cannot quite figure
out what she was meant to do here. She's got a knack for
finding herbs and gathering. She also seems to know what
the store might need before she even gets there, purely on
what her mentor needs. She just wants to protect the clan.

True. A lot of ppl would probably hate it though. Color codes sound like the best idea
so far. A simple header could work if ppl would actually use it. Some would
probably, but some probably wouldn't. Color codes/headers for battles could
really help make things easier though.

i agree with wildsight, yes i'm going to hate it personally but i'll deal with it. it's just a battle,
not like it's going to be the end of the world you know.

I fear that making the clan go to war is going to be a bit confusing for anyone, which will make people leave.
i've tried it once before, with a lion rp a while back and most everyone left because it was too confusing to
deal with and people grew tired of it. I suppose if it's explained properly/clear links to everything it might work?
I just wouldn't want the rp to die because we tried to do something that feels a bit ambitious? It could work!
not saying it won't, I know I'll stick around. I'm just speaking from past experience. Then again the whole go to
war thing was poorly initiated on my part haha.
