I’ve been wanting this ever since I joined! I have a huge WL of missing items since I only joined a couple of years ago. I rarely update it, though, because it takes so long to hunt down each item. Full support!

I’d love to be able to easily check off items on my wishlist, too. The Lost and Found is awesome and I’m super happy to have the opportunity to adopt items, but I have no clue what year most of the older ones were released and my wishlist is over twenty pages long. It takes some time to figure out where newly acquired items are on my wishlist.
